Mr. Ironsword

Lived in Era 28, got 1 heir(s) (Ironsword) and was a member of Ichizoku Ginsei Tora

Founder of Clan Silver Tiger, or the Family of the Silver Tiger, the man known as Ironsword lived much of his earlier life struggling to survive on the continent of Fantasia. In those days, he was alone and had to contend with the expanding kingdoms of Nemesis, Legacy and Carnage. War broke out with Nemesis and Ironsword just barely survived the first war, having lost and later recaptured one of his more major cities.

Later he founded a Non Aggressive Pact with the kingdom of Carnage through negotiations and by being vouched for by an old friend. He then signed a Military Alliance Pact with the kingdom of Legacy, rallying with them, but not joining them as a member, in the fight against the northern kingdom of Nemesis. Soon after, the second war broke out and again, Nemesis' forces swarmed the south, attacking both the kingdom of Legacy and Carnage, aswell as Ironsword and his settlements.

The war went ill for some time, Legacy being much pushed back and Carnage remaining neutral. Eventually however, Ironsword managed to just pull off a seemingly hopeless defense and routed the main Nemesis-army that had invaded. Aided by his allies from Legacy, the Nemesis forces were soon all but destroyed and chased out of the south. Peace and tranqulity returned for a short while.

Plotting then with Legacy, a decision was made. To prevent further problems and future invasions, a joint offensive would be carried out to prevent and occupy the Nemesis-forces, making it impossible for them to invade again. The forces of Ironsword and Legacy set out north, and founded new cities. Ironsword's realm was now divided into two sections, the northern and southern kingdom. Legacy settled their new city just south of the Nemesis fortresses and there it would gather forces.

Alas, the Nemesis armies of the north soon rallied all into one, single and massive army, and from the north they swept down and in a single attack took the Legacy town, killing all the troops. Ironsword now realised he was on his own could do not but make sure the Nemesis army did not gain anything from their campaign. With a sad face as this third war started, the king of iron ordered the northern cities of his kingdom to be burnt down and abandoned.

Retreating south, Ironsword began preparing his forces for the invasion, but the Nemesis army was too large and no matter how hard the Iron-king tried, he could not muster a force sizeable enough to counter the invading army. One by one, slowly but surely, the cities of Ironsword fell to the banner of Nemesis. Burnt to the ground or occupied, the lone king and his little empire soon crumbled to neigh but dust, and in a final desperate attempt, the capital of Ironseat, along with all it's citizens, were evacuated.

Fleeing southwest, the refugees passed through the well-guarded and relative safe kingdom of Carnage, passing through their gates on the way to find a new home. However, they were soon stopped at the final gates, where orders had been given to let none leave or enter. Ironsword tried negotiating, but the orders could not be overruled. Thus, he and his people took a last ferry from a nearby city, and headed far, far south along a river. Eventually, they landed on the shores of Valhalla.

Once arrived in the new and young lands of Valhalla, Ironsword wasted no time. Ordering the construction of a city just north of a mountain-range, the king of iron had already established his new capital, the city of Ironhope. Here, the weary and surviving citizens of Ironseat could rest and recover from their long and trying ordeal. A place of safety and solitude, relaxtion and rehabilitation. Or atleast it was, for a while.

Not many days after arriving, a messenger from another kingdom arrived, delivering a note to the iron-king. The message was nothing more than a simple threat, telling the citizen and their to give up their independance and join this new kingdom, known as Shinsengumi. Proud, irritated and insulted, Ironsword threw the letter into the burning fireplace and replied with a smug and short letter, letting this king of threats know he would not tolerate such behaviour.

Ironhope grew and soon a second city had been founded north of it, just south of a large forest. The cities grew and some time passed. However, one day, another messenger from Shinsengumi arrived, this time carrying another letter. This was an attempt at sweet-talk and a failed attempt at apologizing. Again, insulted and annoyed, the King or Iron replied he would not have this and still refused to join this kingdom to serve as nothing more than a mere lackey.

Upon hearing this, a noble named Lilith Danton approached the iron-king and asked why he would not join. The king replied that he could never think of serving under another person, as he had not done so ever before. The lady then proposed that the two join together and create their own union, an alliance which would help and look after each other, and the king agreed. So it was that Ironsword and Lilith Danton formed Clan Silver Tiger.

But the clan would not endure peace long, for soon the armies of Shinsengumi, fueled by anger and bloodlust, swept across the lands and began attacking at random, striking at cities and mercilessly pursuing anyone who raised Clan Silver Tiger's banner. Knowing well the lesson of the past, the king of iron did not waste time and effort on trying to stop the invasion. Rather, he again ordered for evacuation, and the disgruntled people of Ironhope left their new home to once again flee.

Ironsword left the central parts of Valhalla and fled southeast, through a range of snowy alps and then through a dark forest, only to cross a swampy marshland and finally emerge at the southeastern most part of the continent. There he encountered the order known as the Knights of the White Wolf. Pleading to the noble knights and explaining his situation, a Non Aggressive Pact was agreed upon, and the generous knights even offered some land for the king and his people to settle on.

Some days later, flags with Clan Silver Tiger's banner waved in the north, and the people of New Ironhope rejoiced, for there, coming from the north, was the survivors of Lilith Danton and her cities. Believed to have been lost in the war, the king of iron rejoiced, for his ally still lived and so did the Clan. A celebration was held and the lady was also offered a spot of land to rebuild and resettle upon.

King Ironsword's reign now draws to an end, old, weary and sickly, the great man who fought his way from Fantasia to Valhalla, never giving up, never forgetting a grudge, now lies sickly in his bed. The people mourn his weakening body, his failing health and his weakening spirit, but they rejoice in the memories that it was him who led them away from danger and overcame unimaginable odds, to allow them to remain free.

As Ironsword now passes on into the next world, his son is likely to pick up the title of king, or perhaps his daughter will take the title of queen. Either way, the legacy of Ironsword will live on and so will Clan Silver Tiger.
