| 19:30:03 Nov 1st 07 - VU Admin: Here are the rules that you all agreed upon when signing up for the game.
ExplanationsThis will be my only Visual Utopia account = You are only allowed to create/use/manage etc. the one and only one account that you have created. You are for example not allowed to manage your friends account when he's on vacation.If I find a bug/loophole I will report it, NOT abuse it = If you find a bug, a glitch, or whatever in the system, you have to report it. And not use it unless VU admin has stated in the forum that it's OK. I know the differences between real life and game = Inside the game you are taking the role of a ruler, witch have nothing to do with your real life outside the game. When addressing other characters in the game, it's important to keep it "in character" and not include In Real Life (IRL) stuff. Try to avoid talking about IRL stuff like computers, for it can easily break the immersion. And in "flame wars" make sure your verbal attacks are directed towards the roleplaying-character and not the IRL person behind it. I accept that cookies will be stored on my computer = Because of a stupid Swedish law you have to agree that cookies from our site will be placed inside your computer. Cookies are basically a small text file including an unique key that will identify you on the site, so that the game will know who's logged on what account. (note that the game will still work if you disable cookies) | ||||

If your excuse is that you are constantly killed off by veterans...you learn from your mistakes, you learn from them, join an alliance that can teach you how to play! sure you will not be good your first era but give it some time. I would say that if you do not get the hang of the game in 5 real, completed eras, then talk to a veteran or admin about it. | ||||
