No one from Fate will win.

My prediction is that the winner will be between Penguin, Random or Gladiatorul, depending on how they play their cards in the next 27 days. My money is on Random because he does not have to do any STGing himself now... he has Karac STGing for him... and Random is probably holding all his cash and stone now to buy more stone before converting everything for his and Chocolate's main push.

All that is needed is for one blocker to fall, and the whole house comes tumbling down. Therefore, probe for the weakest blocker, and everything else goes as well.

The setup for this age is perfect in the mid to long term era for an STGing human. Even more so if an elf is helping him with the STG. If, as Karac says is true, that he is STGing up to 200 million for Random a day (which I think is an underestimation), I would presume that Random makes a profit of approximately between 8% - 10% on that 200 million. That is between 16 million to 20 million extra cash, or equivalent to 8000 - 10000 'free' knights / 1600 - 2000 'free' catapults a day. Save up for 20 days, and one is looking at a HUGE army as a result of STG.

I was debating very strongly between going elf, orc or human when the era started... looks like I chose the wrong race.....

Dude... I think it is an open secret that Zeta's improvements have practically f-ed up every race this era except an STGing human ^_^

Despite knowing that all markets were connected (thus hugely benefitting very active STGing human players), many players still went elf / troll on the presumption that last era's income system would still stay the same, i.e. the floor for income production is 7 gold / 5 stone. However, Zeta's improvements (again showing how little he thinks his improvements through) practically killed off all viable income generation for all races except STGing human... and there aren't many STGing humans this era, meaning very little active competition for stone ^_^ On the other hand, if the income production had stayed at its floor of 7 gold / 5 stone, then elves, troll and, to a lesser extent, orcs and dwarves, still have a chance to compete on a fair level against STGing humans.

In short, those who decided to go STGing human lucked out.... "God" really has... 'predestined' the winners of the game ^_^

actually the high food prices are pretty good for us halfers. We aren't as bad as orcs or dwarves. And how would random winning make everyone rejoice rather than if someone else won? why is he so special? :/ lol

That would be amazing :P can't wait for next era.

random its true that it would bring more stone....but the benefit to the STGers would be outweighed by the fact 20+ people in enemy kingdoms would have alot more income to stack blockers....on the field they would be unmatched...maybe by a well protected elf who builds a big inome, but getting thru blockerd would be a much harder task with the extra stashed troops and most importantly, mages.

lol, I was wondering the same thing...discourage them, I dun want more competition next era :P Unless we get the TtG spell :P

btw, don't underestimate the help the World Market has done for StGers too

Still plenty of era to go, anything can happen :)

for a human to have advantage over an elf or trol, he/she must be a very active STGer - 200mil stone is about the break point - so it's not that easy with so much competition

I remember those times... Where stone price would go up to even 1.05...

the era with the PHI VS LGC+DB stalemate... That was the best era for the stonemarket ever..

Sun was the most active stger ever seen :P

sorry, and it's probably not nice to say this to NAP partners. But if there's 4 StGers in your kingdom, that means the roles haven't been organized too well. :P
