i actually liked fate until now

because they landed next to us on the world they have made a new kingdom to restart on a new world valhalla

i think this could be the lamest, un honourble, cowardly move i have seen in vu yet

if you guys we're organised or clever enough you could have easily have reacted to our moves and have been settling right now

basically situation is we landed on top of each other we moved quicker than them got one city down before them







aggggggghhhhhhhhhh makes me so angry you fucking retards if you had a brain you would have known how to counter it and actually have some fun

i was actually scared at one point you would counter it and screw us over....

I was the guy who persuaded the kingdom to relocate, and they took my advice, so if there is ever any "fault" with Fate deciding to relocate, it lies solely and purely with me. I remember That Era i was in Gauls at the time , era long war with Music mostly with a very hard win ....

Everyone has their own strategy if pulse and fate did war oop it would stall them both and leave them both open to other fronts. I think considering the two cant work together maybe it is best for them both to start at different maps and meet soon enough:P   I mean no one wins nothing tell the end of the era and from last era the game didn't even get going tell the maps opened anyway so just feed why u can!

I think he has blood on his mind and victory of many great spoils!  I am sure there will be plenty of blood for all he just may have to wait for Fate tell maps open.    I think by making Fant empty this changes the game many kds may be focusing on different strats to gain what they want in the end (fant)..... making all maps and kds wanting to gain fant.  Would be even better if builds in Fant were twice as effective and the arma spell was active ther 24/7 all era :)  that would offer great gain for any who dare to build there and plenty of hot super fast active wars :)  A real battle ground!

If anyone wanted a clear picture of things. "Next" to a kd is one thing but this is just crazy funny.

Well Hanky, feel free to say whatever you want to say mate....

However, the facts from our side are this:

i) the 3 of us who spawned landed later than you (you were the first to spawn). I was the last to land actually.... and we were heavily hampered by the lag that occurred at the early part of the start.

ii) the 3 of us who landed do not have the time to be constantly checking VU trying to get a "good start" position.... as a matter of fact, we weren't even aware that we had landed right on top of you guys until I was the first guy from my kingdom to get a clear look at the map.

iii) when I got my look at the map, I saw the predicament we were in. I saw that my lifeguards had landed right on top of Random's lifeguards. Bling's lifeguards were just a half tick away from me... and all the No Pulse lifeguards were already making a move to the mining spots. I even saw that two mines or so had already been dropped.

iv) I realised that an immediate OOP war would happened, I realised that there would be a rush for mining spots and that No Pulse had already grabbed (or were in a position to grab) the main mining spots (thus depriving / delaying my kingdom of immediate starting mining spots), and I also observed that No Pulse had plenty of trolls. In that 1 minute window, we were already in a very precarious position.

v) I tried the only chance I thought possible by trying to BT to a mining spot.... but I got out BTed by Random and Bling who dropped cities on them.

vi) Considering as most of my kingdomates are working folks, so would only check into the game late... I concluded that it was pointless to continue in such a situation (yes, I know the war would have only one hopeless conclusion), so I decided to pitch my kingdom into restarting. I took a screenshot, jumped up and down, screamed that we were in a completely hopeless situation, and my kingdom decided to indulge my little tantrum :P You know, it is hard to pacify a kid, let alone a VERY big kid :P

So yeah, I am sorry we had to deprive you of a guaranteed OOP win..... feel free to blame me and put me on your blacklist forever... I won't bear any grudges against you for it :)

If anything though, I must say that the landing positions amuse me to no end.... I thought landing within 5 scout ticks of another kingdom was bad enough... but landing within TWO LIFEGUARD ticks of one another? Disastrous Zeta, disastrous LOL!

sure it is, they obviously want to survive the era, why spawn and get eaten? elements used to drop worlds noone cared back then, why does fate always have to get the abuse?

If anyone thinks we are happy being on Valhalla instead of where the big fights will be at OOP then they are living in cloud cuckoo land. 

Of course, there is nothing to stop No Pulse disbanding and coming to find us - still got time from the first long tick...So if you guys are serious about wanting to fight us on equal terms might I suggest the ball is very firmly in your court.

With regards to 50% rule, if anyone wants a clean fight just say and I will close my gates.

what random said would have got you guys a good core you could have seriously screwed us with the right tactics... hell even making a multi to get some position over would have helped you, i cant be arsed to explain myself

i was the first to land and unless by coinsidence we clicked play at exactly the same time you was there before us

and within the first hour of oop i know you had more than 3 people able to start

please dont insist we have no lives either...

i was at work until 2am yet still came home and stayed up to start the era with everyone and stayed up until 9am
dont knock us for being a dedicated kingdom




and for those who all diss me for my "un-honourable tactics" this is on a whole new level, like i said my tactics were'nt really that un-honourable, just clever and twisted in ways, there is nothing clever or to be proud about this

I was watching the HoH list. A No Pulse player was the FIRST to land his / her Lifeguards in Zetamania. That No Pulse player was the FIRST to plonk a city down in Zetamania. That No Pulse player was the ONLY PERSON to plonk down TWO CITIES in ALL Zetamania when it started.

The next player to join the map was ANOTHER No Pulse player. The next 2 players to join were from another kingdom. Arien was the first from our kingdom to drop her lifeguards when the lag was hitting, and she was the fifth person to join Zetamania overall.

I basically conceded that Fate wouldn't be able to fight your kingdom in an OOP war. Did you pick up on that? No! However, you want to flame on for something that none of us can basically give a fuck about... please feel free to expand your energy.

Ultimately, I don't give a crap if you think we are slow, don't have the brains and whatnot.... don't like what we did? Tough.

Don't go crying around like a little girl just because you saw your glorious OOP plans mislaid somewhere along the way...

i had my account land but i made a city by accident which fucks up my strat so i made a new account then i saw we landed next to you guys so i thought fate oop war niccccce and went with that one

it wasnt a bug

the second account i had landed, landed between 1 and 2 scout ticks away from Arien not on top

you had a two hour time gap where you could have countered us and i know you could have had one or two more players start
landing one more player could have possibly screwed it for us

the server going down fucked us up too and my laptop died

it wouldnt have been an easy win for us if you tried to counter, i assumed you knew how to counter and if tbl didnt then thats why i was disapointed as he is suppose to be a great player
you acted like a noob kingdom and retreated.

i was sat praying to god at my computer that you guys wasnt clever enough to counter then, realised you wasnt going to about 3 hours and was like nice easy win for us, then 3 hours later again i spoke to one of your players and he told me your making a new kingdom

and i didnt create until i got a start position i could take advantage of i created because i made a city by accident like i said... not thinking straight, i was in a rush with only 20% battery on my laptop

i wasnt the first to land out of everyone on zeta i was the first in my kingdom

the first account i landed landed near some nub who already had 2 cities up west from where we are


and the two hour time gap i didnt exajurate too much maybe an hour and a half at the least

first i wouldnt have looked at the situation and think we're fucked in the first minute doing the same as you like you said i would
i would have landed one or two more players because you only needed to land one more player to be able to land and get a mining spot

like you say if you had no players you had these options to own us
create a multi and land it, it lands in the west you bt to a mining spot and start everyone from that spot
they all bt to mines
you would have been ahead of us and forced us to go east and over the bridge for all the other players

option two
your multi or second player lands in the west bts to a mining spot
the next players then land with him and everyone else goes over the bridge to the other mountains
the third player could have bt and started his first city on the bridge making you a very good blocker and setup to own us
you took a small attempt to get a mine setup and got screwed by the vu going down and we blocked you yourself from settleing

you did neither of them and by the looks of things gave it no thought
like you said within a minute you decided to run

you had a nearly two hours time gap were you could have settled another player or two and completly screwed us with either of those

so a multi wouldnt have actually been needed, i just used it as an example as you say you only had 3 online, which i dont believe

also why arian didnt settle i dont know but i cant cant be arsed to read back and i think you mentioned something about someone was at work so could have been him, if not then why he settled i dont know ^^

Hanky, sorry if we do not share your dedication and enthusiasm for the game that we had to "outstrategise" you at every turn.

I consider this matter closed and will not revisit it any longer. If you want to continue with your name calling, flaming, and outlandish scenarios and possibilities, feel free to do so.... as I said, it has no impact on me and Fate. Ultimately, we ruined your free meal ticket, and that's why you are pissed, LOL!

And Pesterd, I think you need to use your bloody common sense abit. Alot of the posts from other players (from Dragoon, Onslaught, etc.) were not flaming or spam... they were solid comments on the politics of the situation. Don't go forum cleaning crazy just because you wield the powers of a mod... you are likely to bring down the (almost non-existing standards) of the moderators of this forum lower already....
