Hey guys, IM sure many of you will read this and give your personal opinions on this. My job here is to add to the list of KD's that breaks peace aggreeements, and skrews people over for the glory of conquest.

Lets face it this game is about conquest, and war, but a major part of this is agreements and respect for words. Honor, is a thing most KD's would prefer to have over crude power. Anyways heres the story

Im from The Federation, and as we all know FATE has relations with everyone, in this case several cities of theirs were blocking pathways to our KDs war area. There was no way around, so I broke NAP terms and crushed the walls to walk through, didnt harm them what-so-ever.

I got a few letters from them, but none had said that if this happens again, the relations would be terminated, or there would be any consequences. I figured they didnt mind me walking thru that path, considering there were only 50-100 walls on the city with almost no magic protection what-so-ever.

I crushed them a second time a few days later, and FATE broke their ERA long NAP with The Federation. A real low blow considering we basically share a very large area.

Now think about this....

How can the penalty for a minor offense, be just as great as one of the worst offenses ever ?

A Crush Walls on BLAH, got us into this hot water, and NOT only am I paying the biggest consequence right now, so are all of The Federation. It is not fair, it is not honorable warfare at alll. This game is about politics, and crude power, the power of politics in this game is skewed, because of KDs like this.

We let the first CW slide but they then thought that gave them a free pass to CW a second time. They weren't apologetic about doing it.. in fact, Stu was quite the smart arse.

Break a NAP no matter how small and the other KD is well within their rights to end the agreement.

I would have done the same thing.

The fact they let you off the first time you should have been grateful, I would not have give you the chance to do it a second time.

Im very intrested in learning about two-faced people and KD's.

I know most of you HIV people think im a coward for deserting BF for Fed, but thats just the way it looks.

At the start of the era, BF would not listen to me and secure the core properly,I spent 10+million in troops to prevent HIV spreading into the core, and BF cant even thank me for doing my part, they had their sights set elsewhere, and long before we even saw an HIV army walking into our core I had stated that I would QUIT VU or go native if one blocker got breached, I kept my end of the deal, and you guys just marched right on in and helped yourself to cities with no forces.

I am not a traitor, or coward, I just dont want to be on the same side with people who dont listen to my warnings, and do what is neccesary to at least try and slow down your opponent.

If you have walls with no mage back up what-so-ever, they are considered "decorative walls" which is all I said to the person who I offended by breaking them.

To make matters worse, while no one in Fate may have messaged you about the first act of CW that you did, no less than 3 or 4 Fate players messaged Uther regarding it. Dalak and I especially strongly registered our displeasure at that first CW act of yours. The fact that you did it a second time means that Uther failed to correct your actions as a kingdomate and as a leader. And the consequence of playing in a kingdom is it rises and falls with its members; that your second act of stupidity, your kingdom will have to take the hit for it too.

Furthermore, if we did not take action against Federation, how would Fate be viewed by our other NAP partners? Is Fate so easily pushed about that it does not respond to actions taken against it? You CWed our blockers to get to our other NAP partners. While we do not interfere in wars between our NAP partners, we do not tolerate being "pushed" about like what you did.

Finally, walls may have no mage backup, but it is backed up by the will and determination of the entire kingdom. Just like the government and citizens of a country rally and unite together to protect their country against hostile (or stupid) acts from another country...

I do not stand by his actions on the last CW for i heard about it after it happened and he made the decision on his own accord.

This is my fault for not keeping a better hold on things and i assure you the bunch i have taken in are good people. Good people make mistakes. I am not talking like OPPS i didnt mean to do that, but

Stu has made a mistake by doing it again when you guys obviously drew the line last time, and i made the mistake by thinking that my kingdom got the picture.

I apologize on behalf of my southern brigade.
Stu is lucky that he is still in the kingdom. I have had a good amount of people telling me that i should have booted him but i know we make mistakes. If we do not sift through it together then we are nothing but a lowly band of mercs with no ties to bind us and i refuse to come to that low.

I stand by my family and he is staying.
We must fall and be humbled before getting back up to see new light.

Unlike a lot of players in this game i do not repress members for their mistakes. They deserve a second chance and it is the people who dont give them that chance that deters players from playing anymore.

Underneath all of this is a constant problem: Getting through Gates of NAP's when Players aren't online at the same time.

"Hey, are you on? Can you open your Gates?"

"I'm on now, are you ready to pass?"

"On for 2 tics, you ready?"

I suggested a way for Allies to designate certain KD's that can pass through their Blockers.... everyone scoffed. I don't agree with Stu, but it is an ongoing frustration.

Well, that wasn't really the underlying problem in this case, it was more of "No, I can't open the gates for you as a NAP is on the other side"
