Nobody casted it, because at the same exact tick, my two other characters in Zeta and Fant also received news of the plague. If this is a game glitch or hack, all worlds needs to be rolled back to the point when the game-wide plague occurred.

I got it on Fant and cured it the first tick.

Maybe it went from Fant to the other worlds lol
