| 20:33:52 Apr 7th 07 - Lord Weirdgrivi The Diplomat: I don't know how many people are interested in the piece of info I'm bringing you here, but I thought I might just do it in order to respond any questions one might ask about Phi Empire and in order to prevent any misunderstandings :) Phi Empire has started fighting Legacy about four days into the era. Unfortunately, we made too many mistakes to be able to survive such a powerful opponent... At start we had about 7 people fighting about 3-4 from Legacy, later on Legacy's numbers trippled while our remained constant. Several of our members were having inactivity periods, some were not displaying the gameplay we expected and with our King being away on vacation for a few days it was hard for us to keep up :) Our magic (both offensive and defensive) was lacking greatly and since about 2-3 days ago it was clear only a miracle might save our Kingdom. Swifty's trip inside our core on tuesday evening ended with the razing of about 10% of our Kingdoms economy and I must confess I've never seen such a wonderful display of skill, dirty tactics (in the good sense of the word) and deceival (idem) in my 5-era VU experience. Thus, I can do nothing else then congratulate Legacy on their (easy) win and wish everyone on Fanta good luck in the rest of the era. The decision of our Kingdom was to retreat to Zetamania for the remainder of the era. Some of our players want to practice different races or tactics and I for one, am too tired from this hard war. Also, Marc will leave again to cruise through the islands and around four other members will take some breaks or will leave town during these Easter days :) Relocating on Fantasia was pretty much out of the question as we couldn't have matched a real opponent which would have had 10 days ahead of us. Thus we say goodbye and assure all of you of our come-back next era. See ya on the forums :) P.S. : I will answer any questions related to our departure and post here if I can remember anymore stuff... Can't help thinking I forgot something :P | ||||||
