At the fact that at least 10 times so far this era, my players not any of my vices, strictly players have come to me, asking if someone from some other kingdom can do something.  If you would like to know if you can do something, send me a message and if I don't reply in the amount of time you would like, send a message to one of my 3 vices.  Do not ask any of my players if you can do it, as the answer will probably be no as a repercussion for not coming straight to me.

It's not a request thread, it's a 'Can you do something?' thread.

That sounds more like ugly annoyed than pretty annoyed to me.
