I think each cell in a saiyan's communicates with the cell next to it and transmits information so the next cell it is talking to can adjust, adapt ,and evolve. Generations of being a war like people their cells have evolved to a point where the body of saiyan has beome more like a Generator that can adsorb and release energy form it's neighboring cells.

this is only a "theory" about the cells of a saiyan so if you want to add or debate parts of it just post your veiw
