We were talking a while back, remember? You told me you purposely kept the gates open as an incentive for them to not attack you. So you saying that you only did it because of the Holy armies on you is a complete lie.
I contacted Arch Shade, who made it pretty clear they would be opened by that night, then I get a message from you saying basically you won't open them.
Ok, so our situation is that we prepared thinking the gates would be open, with the only other way of getting inside 48 hours+ away.
OH and the best thing, is that you were part of Holy when they initiated the attack on Trio, so technically we should be allowed to do what we want with you for swapping KD's whilst in a war.
If we meant Gauls any harm, we would have taken the city or burned it. Oh but no, what did we do, we CW it because of your non cooperative behaviour which we looked past.
P.S. Real Gauls members wouldn't act like you and as such we would never have to CW or anything on them, so please, don't consider it an attack on Gauls, consider it an attack on you, Holypaladin.

As a real Ghaul member Holypaladin would make Ghauls consider going to war with trio for these actions, just thinking out loud here.

Also we have blocker terms which state you can't open blockers to anyone for any of our enemies and visa versa. He opened the blocker to one of our enemies (Holy) so now it was only fair that he opens the blockers for us, but since he didn't we just crushed the walls to make it fair. That's all it was.......

I do not want to seem to be making excuses.. because a good leader
would have been prepared for any scenario.. but I would like to make it
clear why the Borderguard issue stinks to high heaven.
It belongs to Holypaladin who was a member of Holy. The gates were open
at this time. Holypaladin took leave from Holy for reasons of his own.
He sent me a message stating that the could not close the gates (which
should have been shut immediately per our NAP agreement). Yet because
Holy armies had been garrisoned within before he became a Gaul and
those players were inactive.. it allowed enough time to go by for Trio
to spot the weakness and exploit it.
I saw this and was able to clear up the matter before Trio walked right
through an allies blocker allowing them to attack the ally of the
blocker. Trio new they were gambling when trying to get their merger
through before we could correct the situation and when they didn't..
they violated their NAP with Gauls by attacking that blocker.. CW is in
fact a hostile spell.
Now obviously Trio doesn't see it this way and Gauls do not feel like
they should take any action in regards to that violation... and all of
that is fine. In war anything goes.. I just simply want to state that
there was no collusion between the kingdom of Holy and Holypaladin to
gain an unfair advantage in the war with Trio. In fact I was trying to
even the playing field as much as possible in hopes of having a fun and
honorable war. Unfortunately things didn't work out that way and this
happens very often in the world of VU ;)

From the beginning of the era I have talked with Scottiehottie. We agreed to be friendly to each other. As he started way off from the Music core, this was mostly to his gain, not ours. Since then we've had allot of contact, not less when Dark started warring with FF.
He sent an army from his Holy Blocker to the west, that's towards Dark. I asked him about this and he said he was going to attack FF towns to the west. I knew there were next to no FF towns there, just an armory or two. Still I had not much choice but to believe him as we were very busy with FF elsewhere.
Some ticks ago he sieged one of Zinxu's smaller cities and one tick ago he burned it to the ground.
And then we have the caroulus the retard issue, but I don't think I need to go over that.

I suggest you talk to him about this, maybe he had a valid reason for burning it down? Think about it, why would he burn a small city when he could walk into your core and take over a large city?

I think its obvious.
We had 3 fronts.
1 "free"
1 music
1 Warriors of the way
WotW said to be friendly but right oop their army showed up. We almost
killed all of them. After that we had huge amount of armies that
hadn't a purpose. But ash and the music member had an agreement so we
didn't use our armies we scouted for new targets.
From some distance ff come with an attack on our "free" front.
Slipping past our blocker (clumsy us but that happens) causing some
problem. We did counter attack and they establish offensive towns.
Some of those offensive towns where in the music territory's. (so
maybe we should have know that they where such nice friends as they
told us. But we just didn't have the troops to secure both ways.)
As for now we have our big merge prepping their 77k soldier defended
city on the free boarder. While the music front have leaked 3-5
armies. Which both belong to FF and music. And all along even though
his army is in our land music said they had no intention but to help.
We haven't surrendered yet and will fight to the end and bla bla ;P
Next time we'll do better.
