I recall all the instances when he "led" those "elite" kingdoms he listed out. And in almost every instance, the kingdom loses or dies in the game. Only times a kingdom "led" by him survives is if there are much greater players in said kingdom to cover his ass. I also recall the eras he survived playing on old, competitive Fantasia, and the protection conferred onto him by players without whom he would have been bulldozed into the ground faster than the stomping of a cigarette butt. In Dark Blood, he was shielded by players on the level of Binh, Aligreat, Valarion and Penguin. In HIV, Binh, Path, Adelbert, Aligreat and Aamir covered his ass and made up for his mistakes. In DOA, he would have died much quicker if he didn't have the strength of players like Barny, Ali, Crissxcross, Qassim, Rob and Zerocool to fall back on. Even now in Dark Side, he struts and acts like the best player, or at least, an equal to players on the calibre of Binh, Von Darkmoor, Devi and Barny, like a foot soldier in a gang who is most arrogant and vicious when he is next to the gang's top enforcers and warlords and picking on the weak, handicapped and outnumbered. I recall his masquerading as a player of knowledge and ability when replying to the newer players in this game on their queries, and his acting as an authority and a beacon of light in VU in the various game threads, not realising that most people who are familiar with VU view him as nothing more but a hanger-on, a tag along, and most importantly, cannon fodder. Lastly, I recall all the times he has defeated me in VU.... which is none. I salute thee, Wilberforce, for being a great success in game (the best cannon fodder and actor ever) and in life (have you gotten a university education yet? Ah, I guessed not... you don't even qualify for one, eh....).

That's not to say I'm worse than you, I'm sure you still like to think your God's gift to VU, but you have never done anything significant in your VU career. I have no memories of you doing anything even remotely skilled. HIV, I made no mistakes. Sure I went inactive and refused to play, but I made no mistakes. The only 2 times I can think of were when our core was folding, I recall being the only one fighting MAD back on the north. We were outnumbered and out-gunned but I never made a mistake. The other time was when Blue killed off the 1-2 guys on the MAD front along with me and our whole core folded as we were again, outnumbered and out-gunned. I mentioned to the KD that this was going to happen several times and in the end I boycotted the KD. However, that was no mistake, so care to let me in on when I did? DOA gave me protection? Interesting. As I said, I don't claim to be the best player, far from it. But when scrubs like Bling repeatedly walk into their own slaughter and achieve nothing, it's hard not to look semi-decent. Not saying the many others I've killed this era are scrubs, but like I said, those who repeatedly walked into their own slaughter and caused no damage, are scrubs. It makes me laugh how you say we're picking on the weak and outnumbered. It's HEX + MAD + Relent v LGC. How are we picking on the weak and outnumbered? I am on the Relent front with Hannibal, Von, Will and Tyrin. Paul has also joined within the last few days. Relent ballooned up to around 50 players this era, and WE'RE picking on the outnumbered? Lol, fail logic is fail. Era of Kobuskan - gave you a trashing while you were in Prosapia, also our first encounter with one another where I already sensed you were nothing more than a follower, wannabe and groupie of the game's really good players. I still remember the Three Dynamic Stooges of The Quiet One, aka Arzun, Mielo and Wilberforce, LOL! 2. Era of Dvsmasta - destroyed you when you were in Juicy. You were a complete none factor, and your cities contributed to my win. 3. Era of Nova - beyatchslapped you and DOA. To you credit, you were able to slaughter a backup army of mine. After that, Path slapped your army, then when we invaded your core, I slapped (actually, slaughtered) your main army too. Oh, and DOA didn't win - your feeding scheme of Raistlin failed like a burst tyre. 4. Era of Sky - Whoo boy.... what happened to your 48 man kingdom again? Oh, I also remember you were a vice in DOA. And it crumbled. So easily. And quickly. When we saw you were a vice in DOA, most of us had a good, long, laugh. And our confidence level went up like a helium balloon :) 5. Era on Starta when you were in Odins Last Stand - you bragged like hell in the forums after you took Stormcrow's 90Ker. You went very quiet after I wiped out your main army :) And then your armoury. And..... somehow or rather, you were a total none-factor after that. 6. Era of Starta when you were in OC - LOL! I thought my kingdom, PETA, would have a hard fight against OC. However, the moment I saw them bringing you in, I knew it would be no problem at all. And indeed, you proved the weakest link, providing one of our orcs (Random) with an armoury directly in the middle of your own core. So predictable. Still struggling to remember when you or a kingdom you were in beat me or my kingdom..... mmmmm........... And... I will end my post on you with a statement from Path about you when you were in HIV: "Wilberforce is a troublemaker, straightforward and simple. He never listens to instructions, does things his own way, and ends up causing trouble for the kingdom and we have to cover for his mistakes time and time again. The worst was the era when we told him not to run into Fantasia when the map opened, and he ignored instructions and did it anyway and planted his cities with insufficient backup and protection. He ended up feeding Fordius and Revelation and gave them a very strong foothold and advantage against us. We would have lost that era if Fordius and Revelation had been able to fully capitalise on their advantage. I really do not understand why Ali always covers for such an idiot." And fortunately, Path was able to make up for your horrendous mistake by getting into the Revelation core and totaling their economy :) Aren't you such a lucky chap, eh, Wilberforce, that people can help you out even when you cause nothing but mischief for them? ^_^

04:34:21 Dec 29th 11 - Mr. Jabba The Ugly Hutt: Canucks, of course I have hid behind people.... or maybe, the better term is that I actually had a lot more confidence in the success of my kingdom and era when I had the benefit of playing alongside certain people :) I would say that even when I was in my prime, I will always consider 6 current and former players in the game above my level - Greg, Trogdar Liech, Yarlin, Noa, Path and Binh. Everytime I played with any of these guys, I knew my kingdom had one hell of an anchor to be based on. And when I also have the people I really teamed up well with on my side, including, among others, Julie (my most important and vital mage), Penguin, Random, Ben, Davey, Stormcrow, Adakis, Blingy and several others, I knew we were a direct competitor for the top :) You don't really know my history since I am not as active as I used to be in the past, so I won't hold it against you... :P I certainly don't accuse the old Legacy guys and many of the old Carnage / Phi / DB / Retribution / Music / Revelation / etc. etc. folks of any hiding as I am aware of their tremendous bravery and track record (and having fought with and against them several times in the past). Wilberforce though... I know for a FACT... is someone who will only survive, let alone thrive, when he has really elite level players covering for his mistakes and fvck ups. Left on his own, he is nothing more than a massive liability, if not a complete none-factor. But he considers himself and acts like a greatest of all time, which is why me and many others categorise him as a joke. :)
