Lets pick two leaders and make them pick players one by one ! We cant have barny and binh in the same one because they are too active, and binh is a douchebag

i will balance again tonight - the key is that everyone has to GET TO and FUCKING STAY on their teams correctly. mistakes will be made, but we must do our best.

Horus when making list please label teams good and evil, not A & B. Some people had a challenging time distinguishing between the 2 last time.

Who said to you that was my original plan? I'm not even sure what your talking about but if you are referring to what i believe , it was not part of any original plan. I kicked everyone from the kingdom and messaged the two members saying that as there was no one else within 55 ticks we might as well fight. I then said we should wait 3 days before attacking eachother. both members agreed. One waited , one tried to sneak attack me in the middle of the night and take my city. 

I say Binh and Barny leaders, and no vices!!!

i think we should choose leaders for 'political' reasons rather than whos the best VUer. You can be good at the game but if youre confrontational or are prone to getting in arguments with certain types of ppl, then youre not a suitable leader on this map.

we need leaders who noone feels liking hating on. The vices can be the strategically minded ones

I accepted everyone with an application in for Evil. I think we should try to rotate leadership a bit from round to round, I also like Bran's idea of picking leadership based on leadership skills and political reasons. Activity is pretty important to because the King is the 'Waypoint Janitor'.

I have booted all of the inactives out of Evil, I suggest Good do the same for balance reasons.

If anyone who got booted comes back and is unable to join Evil then join good and vice versa.

I booted the last 2 people on Evil who haven't dropped onto the map.

I spawned but then missed 12+ ticks, missing those early ticks before you've spent your starter gold really kills you completely.

Meanwhile I see a Halfling s4 city and Binh built his Human starter city to 6399 buildings. I'm willing to bet it's a 25600 max and he's building it to 6399 so he can land-drop 12900 land without increased lumber cost. I wish I could EITS starter cities so I knew how many homes he had, but half of what makes OOP so fun is that you don't get to see other peoples' actual builds but only the outcome.

I bet missing 12+ ticks after settling but before spending your starter gold is probably salvageable so long as you have a highly positive peasant growth and don't build in your start city that sub-85 prod%.

Late start salvaged, it looks like a lot of people started late too. I like that both kingdoms started on top of one another, OOP fighting is fun.

Well this era looks like it is going to end rather quickly. Binh is slowly eating up all of evil's player 1 at a time with no signs of slowly down.

Binh has been very successful but as a whole I'd say it's not really uneven, the era might not be short and it might not be long. Tough to say, it's been an interesting era and everyone has a mediocre economy due to the OOP fighting.

Just like last era Evil has a lot of Humans and Halflings so even if Good were ahead it still wouldn't be easy for them. Good has a split core (OOP area/backup areas) and I think Evil has more vision/control over the map.

I have made a horrible mistake involving oversleeping and city morale.

Combo this with the botched start and this has not been an impressive era from me thus far, but Evil still has a couple people with some stuff up their sleeves.
