| 06:19:50 May 18th 22 - Percy (Sir Brutus): I don’t disagree alternate steps could’ve been taken, but that’s easy to see in hindsight. Imperium hasn’t had someone outright disobey orders like that, so no structure existed (to my knowledge) to deal with that. Nor would you expect a new player to blatantly go against what you’re being guided to do. All trainees up till now have at least followed along and questioned until they knew enough they didn’t need to be prodded along quite so badly. Structure to get basics down, freedom to grow in whichever way you choose once you’ve got a foundation. This has been a successful formula this far, and I don’t see that changing, though entry may be more selective going forward. For Imperium’s future planning, screening will no doubt be huge. May even require going to Val if truly new, or be a “known member of the community” before joining. Blindly accepting players has worked well for them for the most part, but if risks abound, that could change. I’m not their leader nor an active member of their ranks, so that’s for someone with far more authority than me to decide what to do. | ||||

No fingers pointed, just a call to raise your hand if something is suspicious, without instant accusations to an entire kingdom. To clarify the native towns in DR core: Konspyre failed to defend and had to restart. Cyrus wrecked the towns and I burned them. There's 1 native blocker remaining. | ||||

| 18:36:11 May 18th 22 - Dark Spawn (Sir Dark Knight II): Its the third party opinion that matters the most here because its Imp vs Zerk everyone sticking to their beliefs. No side is willing to look at others point of view. Having never been part of either in past but joining Imp this era you might call me bias, but there is certainly something suspicious about this era. Just by looking at past eras the person most effective and dangerous was Pdc. I have been playing the game on and off for +17 years so I was even suspicious of that name. But then was told its Prince Anonymous and yeah that rang some bells, he was always good. But now some guy comes and is drastically better than most active player the game has seen after Binh, do we know who is this guy, is it Barny or Bogdan in disguise? Guy has extreme armies and magic, he is probably using bonus turns as well, which is ok, but you guys saying 1 city takeover is nothing, is not really true, it can be a nice boost, connect cities, get slaves, some plunder too. The guy even settled 3 cities as core drop, quite a strange tactic achievable only by massive BTs usage. Which is ok and legal. Its just a shame nice era has been stained by this unnecessary multi suspicions. You could arguably beat Imperium by playing without the multi, you could just use it to locate the core. Poor decision by you. | ||||

What's the likelihood that both Chinggis Khan and Gream Ghost Gale are asking about exactly the same thing within less than 24 hours of each other, BOTH asking for Percy by name (that happens often!), then Chinggis also magically knows within TWO MINUTES of Gream leaving the KD and triple BT's to cap it? Pretty odd set of coincidences! Haha xdxdxd! This all totally makes sense when you think about it, right guys? It's just a really strange set of coincidences that magically connect Chinggis and the account everyone agrees is certainly a multi! Everyone knows Chinggis! We've all seen him around for years! He's such a familiar face! Surely Chingis wouldn't be so stupid to be this bad at covering his tracks, so we can rule him out!  | ||||

I didn't post this one yet because I forgot to take a SS when it actually happened, but almost right OOP Chengis already had a 1 building city where the red circle is and 10k Gaia. I don't think this is very conclusive or proves anything, but I think trying the move he did there was EXTREMELY stupid and quite an odd play! It's as if he's either really dumb and bad or somehow knew nothing would be there! How convenient for Chengiss that Gream would just leave the KD, leaving all Thorebeckes troops (who stopped him from capping Mining Colony by attacking into him) that were defending Mining Colony exposed! As we all know by now, Chengis the Time Sorcerer has incredible foresight abilities! I'm sure he was just using his magic again!  | ||||

Khan would have to be a pretty stupid multi to leave phrase clues imo and yet you say his gameplay is above average. stupid yet smart, hmmm I did not see anything inside Zerkz to indicate anything other then an opportunity seen and acted on immediately because it was possible to do so by being online and watching map. | 23:58:09 May 18th 22 - Mr. Mavich: Also reviewing closely your 'evidence' (konstant post). 05:37:24 - Gream Ghost Gole has left your kingdom! your screenshot still showed 2 zerk army coming from top and bottom heading towards the untagged city at 5:48, that's like a good 10 minutes still no one was able to take it, we see 2 imp armies there also, so why do we keep on repeating 'after 2 minutes'? Is it our fault again that we manage to take it before you guys did? For me, not much difference to what happened last era and this era, regardless if Gollum was a real person or not, both instance your member left your KD giving you free cities but this time, we manage to get it first. Also, some obvious question, if we want a multi why place them in your KD/core? why not in our core? Also, why even waste BT to get it? and I don't care KDs accepting new players but they should also be prepared to bear the burden or the rewards for doing so, especially if they can't play well or stay active long enough or un/intentionally feeding or griefing, responsibility shouldn't fall on their enemies to have to explain how or why they did what they did. We saw an opportunity, we took it. Enough said. | ||||

Even tho I’m effected by it, I will say the Gream dude was oddly interested in Imperium while in the Elysium chat. It didn’t raise any red flags at the time, but seeing the outcome… ya, something was up with him. If he was a planted multi, that’s just a shitty way for someone to play, your skill should be enough, cheating is just dumb. Either way, it is ultimately partly Imperium fault too, it’s just the kind of risk you take bringing in unknowns. It just sucks to think this community “might” have players not confident enough in the normal game that they feel the need to “go above and beyond”. :/ | ||||
| 01:27:48 May 19th 22 - Konspyre (Captain Gers Pardoel): I try to stay neutral as much as possible, and I've got my own opinion about the whole multi situation, which Matthew summarized pretty well. The Imp vs Zerks blind disliking of eachother will just beat any real evidence or issues at any point anyway. So while I enjoy reading the flaming from both sides, both sides have been pretty clear about the whole issue in that no amount of arguing will solve anything. As I've said before though, I know the majority of Zerks mean well despite the whole multi issue, yet I also approve of Imperium's approach to new/returning players because I've seen how well it works in keeping up the player count, and the fact that Imp even exists at its current strength despite the amount of people who left is proof that it does. I know barely anyone cares about what I say unless it agrees with what they're already thinking, but I would personally like it if the current era just plays out as it inevitably will, but with both sides remembering what happened so that there's zero chance of the multi situation happening again next era. Imp knows what to look out for now, and as long as Zerks seriously read whatever gets written, so will they. Sneaky as fuck multis to mess up wars just hurts the game, excuses for it hurts the game even more. Anyone who's actually talked to me before knows I try to understand both sides of any argument as well as I can, so I would appreciate understanding from both sides for not plainly picking a side <3 (If you feel like I didn't genuinely try to understand your side, please let me know in any way and we'll talk it through) (also 10/10 i would walk over terrain again if the terrain gives passage where it shouldn't, stop making bad blockers, heroix's chrome extension denies all cheating accusations about the topic as VU's true GOAT) | ||||

You and the rest of your clan who likes to pull the wool over the eyes CLEARLY didn't read the evidence and it shows! Those two armies there were IN THE CITY defending it! I have said this literally 5 times but you didn't read. The reason there are two armies on top of it is because they become exposed when Gream (Khan) left the KD, the armies pop out on top of it. Khan moved TRIPLE BT'd TWO MINUTES after the guy left the KD. Now that we know Mavich didn't read the thread, we can disregard his opinions until he decides to do so. Also please, enough with the argument that it would be stupid to lay a multi in our core. Its the worst argument so far. I love how all of the circumstantial evidence is just completely ignored by Berserkers. There are MULTIPLE convivences here that I don't want to have to repeat a fifth time that make it EXTREMELY OBVIOUS! I get that Berserkers don't want to believe their friends are cheaters, but please, you're literally killing the game. Anyway, overall, I've lost quite a bit of respect for several players after all of this. I don't speak for Imperium as a whole but personally its really sad that the rest of Berserkers are so willing to turn their head away, ignore obvious evidence that ties one of their members to the obvious multi, or are really just so low intelligence that they can't understand how its obvious. Go on Berserekers, keep embarrassing yourselves to the rest of the community and yelling in your echo chamber about how there's no way this can be one of you! I'm a relatively new player. I've played for less than a year. I won't be recommending my friends this game anymore. The fact the community is protecting this obvious multi accounter and ignoring the evidence that clearly ties a player to it is disgusting. I really can't believe that the community here gets obvious evidence.. lightning striking in the same place over and over and over, and they just think it's coincidence. If you guys do win this era, it really means nothing since the cheating was so blatant. I have MULTIPLE screenshots of people talking about PDC cheating in the past and how they helped him and yet the community STILL chooses to believe this guy with 0 credibility when his only arguments for this case DON'T EVEN MAKE SENSE OR AREN'T RELEVANT! Sad community. Enjoy watching your game die if you keep letting cheaters get away with obvious cheating! Cheaters need to be publicly humiliated and need to be reminded every time they show their face somewhere. They do not deserve a free pass. Cheaters kill the game faster than anything and you guys just turn your heads away! Real good one guys! | ||||

If I didn't believe it was, I wouldnt have contacted Johan to look at it. What is more sad than the blatant cheat attempt, is the community backing it as part of the game. No, its not a part of the game. It is something we have all worked towards stamping out. I have seen kd's who are at war stop the war, and turn their attention on players like Kath and remove him from the map. So well done bezerkers, you might get the era, but i can assure you it is now gloves off, and next era, every Imp will be taught how to multi and feed by myself. Please dont cry when it happens.. you set the ground for it and now i will teach this somewhat noob kd how to beat the mechanics of this game. | ||||

Spot em, report em, kill em. Zeta will run multi sweeps. Zeta also allows “families “ “cousins “ “brothers” “sisters” sharing the same IP address. Don’t know his criteria for deducing real vs multi. This has been ongoing issue ever since I started playing, probably before too. Some players quit because of it, others continue to play. Going on record, don’t care about cheaters. Sure sometimes I like to razz them then I get bored with that. If you have to cheat to win then you’re not a good player, might be a very clever player but ultimately it’s them and their conscience. This is much ado about one 40K, on a scale of past multi shenanigans thus rates a zero…. obviously someone new at it. Can we move on? | ||||
| 11:14:06 May 19th 22 - Mr. Sman Kool: I was not watching that side of the map so was not particularly interested in it.. tbh if you guys didnt say anything most of us zerks would not even know what happened.. but from our point of view it looked like someone untagged and we simply killed him.. also the time stamp i believe said guy left at 537 or whatever and theres a screenshot of our guys going after it 15 minutes or so later not 2 minutes.. That is a massive difference, if it truly was 2 minutes after the untag then it would really look like a zerks cheat set up (i would be believing imperiums claims as well)...but its not hard to see a guy untag especially when pdc and chingis are very active.. how do we know its a multi? they both went after it.. also this similar scenario happened last era,when venoms left,so we just look at it as something that happened before.. lastly contrary to popular belief pdc is not the massive cheater that the majority of vu thinks he is.. yes he did a few things that were not right but alot of the claims against him are false.. especially bogdans scripting claim that was proven false when we produced time stamps.. anyway sick of arguing we stick to our beliefs you stick to yours.. | ||||

| 19:19:41 May 19th 22 - Mr. Anewbis: So I'll apologize in advance when this turns into an essay.. but, I've got a few words I'd like to say about the current situation. Firstly I'd like to point out I am new to the game. This is my 2nd full era to be played. I was messaged by konstant within a day or two of spawning on Fantasia, he ended up inviting me to Elysium on Valhalla to learn the ropes before gaining the confidence to invite me to imperium on Fantasia. That said though, I'm a firm believer in treating people how they treat me/others as well as not taking anybody at their word when they speak of another person. I do not believe what I am told about others (unless its compliments, then I'm more inclined to believe it). Onto the juicy bits.. I've been observing chats, whether it be discord or these forums, and from my point of view its impossible to place blame directly on one person for this dwarf city. To me, it seems more likely it was indeed a multi created for the core droppers from Berserkers rather than imperium. What's so hard to believe about planting a member in a kingdom that you are seeking to core drop? That's a smart play, just maybe poorly executed due to the circumstances. I'm in no way trying to say that it was definitely the core droppers in question. Everything is just suspicion at this point and always will be just that. There are a few details that lead my suspicions toward these core droppers though. 1. Most of all, when the core droppers were accused, they redirected blame to imperium and used last era's wizard situation as backup evidence to support their claims of wrongdoing by Imperium. This raised my suspicions. 2. At 5:37 the multi in question left our kingdom and was noticed fairly quickly because of the news feed announcing it. I was not on at this time so this next bit is speculation.. it's been said by a berserker member that there is a screenshot of an imperium army heading to the multi's cities. Does this screenshot happen to show stationary berserker armies? If it shows them moving too, who's to say they weren't moving the moment the multi left the kingdom and then BT's used when an imperium army was noticed advancing? Remains suspicious to me. 3. It was an odd coincidence that the multi account left fantasia due to not being able to handle 2 worlds, then also proceeded to leave the kingdom on Valhalla and delete the account. This more or less just confirms it was a multi more than anything. 4. Last era a LOT of BT's were used by berserker core droppers and they didn't manage to win, perhaps they felt the need to up their game the only way they knew how? (Objection; hearsay) In ant case though the multi could have been planted by literally anyone. Whether it be one of the suspected ones or someone not even from either kingdom. Trolls do exist in all games, it's entirely possible someone was just taking advantage of the distaste Berserks and Imperium seem to have for one another, knowing it would spark an arguement. Again, apologies for this essay. I am bored at work and was taught from a young age that you must write multiple pages about a stupid topic. And similarly you have another one again this era. Again, we don't care who or what reason they have to quit as they are your members, your problems. I don't see why your enemies has to justify an attack to your KD. 2. It was Konstant post the one with screenshot from Discord, it showed a timestamp from the post at 5:48, on VU 5:37 person left. That's like 10 minutes. Also on the same screenshot, 2 armies from zerk and 2 armies from Imp, 1 was stationary another looks like it was adjusting to camp coming from inside the city. Similarly like last era, where one of your active member suddenly left your KD, you guys immediately proceeded to camp his cities. 3. Don't care, can't relate. It's all speculations on your part. I don't see why Zerks has to explain this as this was clearly your member, so your responsibility. 4. As mentioned always, we don't care if we lost last era or this era there is always next era. I wonder what gave you an impression that we desperately need to win every time? We are not the ones mass recruiting people to fight tyranny or cheaters but what I do observe, is a lot of people like to leave your KD (Imp). Lastly, yes some of us likes to buy BTs for whatever reason but I don't think it is because we desperately need to win. Maybe support for the game? Maybe we need the extra turns? Or maybe just to even the odds (8vs15 last era)? Or just flex we have the money. (i wish someone would donate some to unemployed me =p) | ||||

If there is a problem. Then it's their inner problem. All responsibility goes back to Imperium. It's all on them. Where does our name even come in this sh1t! We responded after seeing a kdless player. It could be 2 seconds/ 2 mins... wtf wrong with that! I wish i could respond within 60 seconds. I feel i wasn't active enough that hour. And as much as I appreciate the POV thing I'm trying to make this less about that and more about the suspicious activity. Clearly there are some hard feelings between both Imperium and Berserkerz which I don't care for. I'm too new to form an opinion, until I see wrongdoing for myself I'm just having a jolly time. Anyhow, wizard, as others not even connected to this incident have stated.. is a completely different case and we didn't have much choice but to capture Tower at the very least. It was a blocker to our main core area and the armies camping it were stationed inside it.. I saw nothing suspicious about that incident. For days he was getting fed up by the kingdoms lack of effort, he broke. And in the case of the 40k where thorbecke is camping on it? If I'm not mistaken he was bounced there 2. The screenshot shows a single snapshot of both parties going for the city. That alone is more speculation than point 3. Seeing as gleam was on both worlds and left both worlds in a very suspicious manner. That is far from speculation. As for bt's I dont care either but I can only imagine they're used to gain an edge to win. I'm not about to read someones mind to find out why they get bt's but it seem fairly obvious. | ||||
