Discussing is fine..but I can see where it was heading. And it didn't look pretty, so I'll keep my thoughts to myself, in case I hurt somebodys feelings. =P

I can imagine your inner peace got shattered along with your oversimplified (you like this word dont you?) image of who is who on Fantasia. But are you sure the rest of VU needs to listen to your pathetic drivel (i'm pretty sure you are fond of this one too?) about "how well you did" this round. You did well? Then i definitely have to go and look up the meaning of the word yet again as i was under the impression that it meant something positive.

I love the backtracking Raist. ;) Ez makes banter, you, not being an integrated part of the community anymore, miss the joke entirely (PROTIP: it's coming from ConquerClub), you start flaming him, and when his banter is pointed out to you, you try make out you were in on the joke all along and start playing lovey-dovey with him. ;)

I can banter well enough, even with the DB guys. Binh, Ali, Mielo, Valar, there are specs of light there and I consider them pretty cool. Just you only seem to rear your head to flame us. And poorly, at that. Which is a shame considering the history..

Lol I'm loving how all the weak attempts to discredit the newer kds on the block (DB, Sheol, Trio) are going exactly as everyone predicted they would. To the folks with their sour grapes (WAY fewer than I would have guessed), we've had an entire era to figure out how you would eventually try to spin this era so don't think you're shocking anybody with a word of your "friendly observations".

Complaining about the alliances, the forming of sheol, the fact that all of aby didn't just quit the game when their kd broke up but instead found another group to play with it...we all know some people have been waiting all era to make issues of these things.

If by being a troll you mean I've made sure you aren't getting away with planting your insinuations into the way this era will be remembered then fine. If you look back though, you'll see that all I ever did was disagree with you... "*gasp* Shocking! How dare he?!" and didn't insult you at all (...'cept when I called you crazy for making predictions about how a certain thing "would have went, if").

I know you'd like to pretend to know my motivations, and that you'd like them to be sinister, and that you'd like everyone to agree with you on that fact, and that you'd like to hide your own motivations... but, unfortunately yours are clear to everyone and you don't see mine even though I spelled them out for you in black and white 0_o.

Speak the un-spun truth and we won't have a problem... but that old gem of Squid saying we deserve some credit for our own actions being twisted is getting old. Neither he nor anyone else in the kd is crazy enough to think BD were just flies on the wall this era.

Would like to thank Diomedes for his post and the respect he gave to everyone there, if only more people were like that.

Just like to point out though, "Your guy claimed your survival this round was purely you own merit and DB had no part to play in it." I only claimed that the first part of the war, we did without DB - not the 'entire' war... would also like to say that DB has helped enormously and we are grateful to be on Fantasia standing side by side with them ;)

Also, there is nothing wrong with long posts :P

In fact, the long post has a very colourful and lengthy past, which I will gladly tell you all right now. It all started back in nineteen *beep*itty-two when the Kaiser was on his way.....wait no...maybe the long posts really do have to stop.

Abydos is not reforming next era so take that out of your equations and flaming.

The Reasons are simple, i don’t have the time or will to war every kd on fant to show you what a bunch of pansies you have all become.

My Heavily biased views

Carnage - The most overrated kd in vu history. Egos the size of Ford + me x 2 (yes that’s you architect) and can be called mediocre at best, that and they cant war at all even when napped to most of the map.

Legacy - The greatest kd in history yes, but that’s the past, nowadays they seem a bunch of overly bitter (some exceptions) (yes ironic isn’t it that this sounds bitter so I thought id say it before some smart*beep* nub comes in and thinks he looks smart) almost active vets who think they are indestructible still (despite losing to Abydos twice and not winning many eras for a while) Despite all the dodgy tactics, giant egos and *beep*s  they are still the kd i respect most for now

DB - I don’t know who i detest more.. you or Carnage. You have a collection of possibly the most irritating players i know (again exceptions) i have never seen you win a war so i cannot comment on that, you have gone down the mass numbers road which automatically makes me lose respect for any kd but that is just how i play the game and who i respect.

PKS - one of the oldest and worst kds around mass nappers nuff said

Sheolic - actually most of the "friends" i have left in vu are in this kd and some of the promising Abydos members makes this a kd i would like to see.

Trio - as i said before fafnir is a tard and will embarrass you. You have some good players but your viceroys need to be purged of the egotistic *beep*s who think that doing well in one era makes you the next NT (who seem to be held up as gods for some reason) just ask Preds Jesters LDK etc etc what happens to kds who do well one era and let the egos grow eh?

Abydos - i can admit we had faults but we tended to shy away from alliances and naps when we had the power to do so - the only modern kd to rival Lgc in some fashion. Abydos could have been much more powerful but i didn’t want the smiths.

You should all look in the mirror and realise most of your kds are pretty much the same before flaming others. What does it matter that the other alliance is 4 kds and yours only 3? your all still in mass alliances.

Now i hope i have dumped a truck full of petrol onto your little flame war and have told you how to do it right.

PS Stop calling everyone Vets Its vastly diluting the word and when i see people who have played 4 eras on mantrax 2-3 on fant being called Vets i don’t know whether to laugh or cry

BT's are another issue entirely and certainly need a good look into. BT'ing such huge merges around the map like scouts is just a pain in the ass for both does and receiver!! Merges in themselves are seriously overpowered without the added benefit of being able to move them at will. Plus its stressful organising it lol
