I will soon be coming out of protection and as we have not yet discussed our relations Caedus has sent a peacekeeping force to hover around our cities to make sure neither of us attack the other unless we both agree to either fight or remain peaceful. if you do not want to fight now I will not fight you later. it would basically be 1 on 1 because neither of us have a kingdom. what are your thoughts?

Thats generally what happens when a neutral player lands next to a kingdom if peaceful relations havent been made. I have a cease fire with alba so they wont be attacking me (or you as far as I know). if they wanted to wipe you out they would have done it already.
