View source or view frame source one of your army/scout page then search for a variable named "armyupkeepcost" in the <script> part. Multiply the said value with the total number of troops in your army and that is your upkeep cost. I have sampled that in two different races, human and halfling, and the values are different but the troop level dont matter.

I'll reserve my comment on that point, because I opt'd to end the NAP when players were commenting on your kd taking cities that my players fought battles for, so get used to my middle finger because you going to see it a lot.

As to HoH, you can check final scores and you'll see he was no where close to topping Cao, so not sure when you checked it, but Cao probably had 30-50% more troops all era, which is where halfers score.

And HoH was never absulately currect, it counts troops (Slingar, Pony, Adventure, Zerker...) all as 1 but thats not how it supposed to be.
