TBH, we do :)  I know you and Sky and Pure are all skilled players(not that other members of Rebirth are not, those are the ones that have armies that were in the area).  I also believe some skilled DE players were in the area (I want to say Evans but I am not 100% sure on that).  I have been swapping cities back and forth and not worried about keeping cities with no viable choke points and have been going for armies instead.  (Conquest was taken only to swing at Sky's army for instance...other than that it's horribly constructed city)

Meh, we dont have relations diplomatically with fate, and it has nothing to do with the former dark player who was booted for being a backstabber and leaving blockers open. One should be very careful when listening to anything said by that particular player because hes not exactly known for keeping his word. He may be an exemplary fate member but he was a douche when he was in dark and was booted.

 We did not approach Fate with a Nap because frankly at the time we thought having 2 maps was enough and we were busy warring.

I probably shouldnt put words in fates mouth regarding why they pass up certain cities but it would seem rather simple, THOSE CITIES HAVE LARGE DEFENSIVE ARMIES, so they by passed them looking for easier pickings until larger armies show up. I have watched several fate armies attack or prep on us and i have had them cast on us.

I think what the whining really signifies is that jasmina and others know that they cant break our blockers so they want fate to do it for them or at least weaken us.

Lord Boss I can see your frustrated by how the war is going but your assessment is inaccurate. Other than yes when you are loosing your outlying cities and armys it is a good idea to fall back to the core and build up new troops. We make no apologies for doing this rather than just giving up like some have done over time in VU. (that was not aimed at you. I have just seen too many kds loosing just give up and stop playing for the era over many eras. we do not give up)

well that explains it.  you were LD then you kingdom hopped as your kingdom fell apart.  the reason our northern border was such a mess was because of a few LD mates of yours that didnt' knoe where to place cities to block.  expecially buildin beside those of ours that would have been able to grow and block but were cut off.

i do agree. you can express mild irriation or annoyance perhaps on forums and disappointment...but a slanging match between allies even if not to be in future doesnt look so good.

this is what i have worked out so far. there were 3 alliances Roc, LD and crazy. now they all point the finger at each other but one day all the dinosaurs disappeared. some what to blame other alliances, others  turned in on themselves.

later, the struddlien black bubonic plague struck london and everyone was actually saved by the great fire of london killing all the rats. now LD blamed crazy for the plague, crazy blamed Roc for the fire and Roc blamed LD for even being in London at the time.

it goes on and on, fake moon landings at crazy studios, LD snipers on the grassy knoll, Roc actually controlling the mafia, and of course no one would own up to the twelfth secret herb and spice in KFC chicken that the company denies is even there.

I have a question, say you nap someone and they ask to be let through a key blocker, you let them through and one of their armies camps on the blocker preventing you from closing it, during this time an enemy walks through the blocker and takes a large city, what sort of compensation should be given by the nap partner who screwed up?
