Not sure what your idea was for this era Drifter? Did you apply to any kingdom? This is a war game, you are to expect battles. We were not sure about you till we got eye in sky and noticed a decent size army trained so its not like we sent the strongest army from far, you are right next to my armory. What should I have done? Let you keep training right next to our cities?

To clarify - 'happy to leave your other cities alone' is not a clear indication but was an opportunity for you to enter into formal discussions about this. 

I did reply to your message Caedus, dont try to downplay this. It was you who never replyed to me. How exactly was I supposed to "enter formal discussions" if you never even replyed to me. Additionally you never even asked me to remove my troops or gave me the oppertunity to do so. So I dont know why you would even bring that up. Ultamatly, you told me you wouldn't attack me after taking the first city, then you did. As much as you try to downplay it, you lied.

You literally said you'd leave my other cities alone, then your KD goes and takes my other city. That was a lie, any way you look at it. I don't care that I lost my cities I care about being lied to. "Nothing came of it" because you never replyed to my message. You never even mentioned moving my troops out. And I was only defending my city because you were attacking it. I wouldn't have had a reason to train all those extra troops if you didn't send armies at me.

Drifter..your lucky he even messaged you about the city. Alot of the time, we just attack and don't give a darn if it's a new person to the game or just someone farming. It is a shame that there are people out there with honour, but it'll do no good to argue about such on the forum. The best you can do, is join a kingdom who opposes Caedus', like MADD..and give aid in wiping albatross off the map. 

Torhiin, that isn't the point. If you guys had of just attacked me and not said anything I wouldn't be on here saying all this. It's a war game after all, getting attacked is part of that. I'm only on here saying all this because I was told my other cities would be left alone, which they weren't. Caedus was trying to act like the good guy, saying that they only attacked my city because it was close to them and had troops in it, and that they'd leave my other cities alone. But in reality I'm betting that even if I didn't have troops in the city they took they would have just taken it anyway. Which is fine, annoying to me, but fine, it is a war game. In fact I was expecting an attack which is why I trained the troops to defend it in the first place. Which they used as an excuse to attack. In the end it all comes down to Caedus trying to act like the good guy but really just being disingenuous. If you don't mean what you say then don't say it. If you're going to attack someone just do it. Don't tell them you have "no hard feelings" and that you'll be "happy" to leave their other cities alone. Unless you really mean it.

I'm not joining a Kingdom. If I was going to join a Kingdom I would have just joined you. I solo'd the desert map on Mantrax last era and I'm trying to do the same here.

nah, normally we try to wipe out the entire map before someone casts armaggedon. Every city taken boosts production. Conquer or be conquered by those who conquer. There is quite a bit of false words going around. You don't exactly tell your enemy what your doing and hope he honors the conversation. An enemy is someone you decieve and take advantage of. What level of deception is put to use is up to them. Some are chivalric about war, some are dirty dogs. There's little to be done about it but keep killing those who'd kill you. 

Trust your Kingdom, that's what they are there for. It's pretty pointless to trust an enemy Kingdom that you have no formal agreements with. Play Valhalla if you want to solo in the corner.

High up north, our scouts noticed a large enemy army, we started gathering forces to prepare defenders, as they seem to have lots of horses, fast units. But somehow, the army was not moving as fast as it should.

besides does MaD have enabled new player join? i asked 3 of my friends to start playing (only 1 stayed anyways) and everyone was randomly placed in a row in albatross ;p maybe just MaD is not accepting new players and crying about other kds having more players on forums ;p

I was actually wondering the same thing, why are they not recruiting. Its because they prefer few great players over many average/bad players. If you chose that for your kingdom then why complain about it then? 70% of this kingdom came from newbies like myself.

Hey WB Wanted to ask you something I an new to the game, joined on auto join 3 eras ago in Albatross. We kept that optuon to accept new players. What is preventing MaD from doing the same to gain numbers?

We unchecked the option this era I know where to uncheck I am asking why doesnt mad use the same? Considering you complain about numbers This is my third era I am not that other Eddie guy that people usually assume. Never seen that guy

No one likes the new skids on the block - that's why this game doesn't grow. Too many old boys who don't like change and flame when there is change ;)

this all some bull! but edi its nice to see new players in the game. I have the record for the biggest kingdom in VU we had 62 players :) or there...there abouts. I'm sure no one would remember when a group of noobs kept on expanding and giving everyone the choice of join? or die :) then we developed as noobs in our noobness...some quit some won era's :)

If it only takes 2 eras to be as good as the rest of the kingdom, does that mean the whole kingdom is bad?
