Human Knights, Elf Riders and Orc Nazguls move with double speed. When traveling with other units they will lose this bonus.
Halfing's army speed bonus removed. Instead they will get half building cost.
Dwarf will get half building upkeep
Dwarf units will have a natural protection against magic.**
Overall science cost will be increased, but favor specialization.
Overall training times will be lowered.
