Valhalla 24
23:57:32 Nov 25th 13 - Alrisaia (Ms. Alrissaia):

nice to meet you rora! thanks for playing. I'm one of the noooooobs in tribunal we ask followed jerrine from another game called arcane legends - which we supported for some time with cash money. we also contributed very regularly in the forums and in such a way that brought change for the better in a number of ways.

eddy you're cracking me up about your city we burned jerrine and cheonje asked you to move the city before it got to big and you refused if that's not an indicator that 'someone is up north' i don't know what is. it's OK to use that as a strategy and say well that didn't work but flat out lying about it is just silly and doesn't help with building a good reputation imo. what do i know though...

as for bringing new players we have a guild on the other game of hundreds of players that might be interested in joining this game but part of what holds the game we come from together is the community. a mature sportsman like community imo is very important.

anyway fun era i learned quite a bit... think i might save up for Armageddon now.

00:19:28 Nov 26th 13 - Rora (Heavenly Randomness):

I strongly agree that a good community is what makes a game fun and enjoyable, win or lose

So far on this game it hasn't been so bad aside from a couple unlucky characters I made that got killed shortly after my protection period ended lol. Also my reputation is at a bad start as I appear to be considered an alternate account by some - hopefully that changes soon.

This era is all about learning for me as well, looking forward to the next where fewer mistakes will be made, especially with sciences.

00:20:10 Nov 26th 13 - Rora (Heavenly Randomness):

My apologies for posting on a different character each time, I'm trying to learn all the races.

04:04:36 Nov 26th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Quellious):

Hi Rora, welcome to the game! For being a new player, I think you play very well. You gave us a fun skirmish over Watch Tower - which we attacked because it was perceived as an offensive maneuver.

Don't feel bad about getting killed OOP - it happened to me as well. Very frustrating, yes, but I think all strategy games share this dynamic. I remember similar activity back in the days of Star Craft and Red Alert :)

05:52:25 Nov 26th 13 - Prince Erythnul:

Valhalla used to be such a flame free world ... kill or be killed with no moaning ... Zond arrives and 'all hell breaks lose' .. lol

05:56:31 Nov 26th 13 - Zond (Sir Hoo Lee Schittt):

i like to keep things interesting ;)

just think.. i just joined zetamania

06:56:40 Nov 26th 13 - Teirdel (Mr. Chalkz The Chef):

The trick I think to really sticking with this game is finding a group of players and sticking with them. Like cheon forsaken has some groups of its own in it and now you know you can ask many players any questions and they will answer it to the best of their ability. Tbh you could actually ask death dealers and I urge you to. I know for a fact Wolflord will help you when he can. he did me when I started, not his fault I didn't follow his advice and am the noob I am today ;p

17:26:34 Nov 26th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Brell Serilis):

I agree, I think both Forsaken and Death Dealers are fantastic kingdoms to play with! I think Zetamania has great sportsmanship and respect for the most part, and that no one minds when people switch kingdoms to have some fun on the other side of the fence.

17:58:37 Nov 26th 13 - Mr. Notroxbury:

People dont mind when people switch kingdoms mid era on Zetamania?

19:00:27 Nov 26th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Rodcet Nife):

I was talking about when beginning a new era.

21:40:50 Dec 4th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

It's funny to look at the posts in this thread now, Tribunal and Carnage with a CF and zond switching kingdoms, nice.

23:18:06 Dec 4th 13 - Zond (General of Sfd Nub And):

Dont forget how you failed many rof and once u did get them, u rof swords.

Also how i killed a hoh farmed troll army, with sword spam.

oh the horror!

and if u get anon to check his news.. u will see the only reason i switched.

00:38:11 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

Carnage walked into Tribunal's core and laid waste to them. We learned that the KD is comprised primarily of new players, while Carnage is primarily comprised of inactives.

Notably, Carnage has had a fight with every KD on the map + Iceworks.

Iceworks killed one of our players in the south.
H20 Slaughtered our forward fighters.

So... we offered Tribunal a NAP, since we were basically slaughtering them. Zond hopped KDS to get an AoTD, but even then, he had a 0% on Anon's army (and that was Zond's biggest army).

Considering the strength of H20 in comparison to Tribunal+Carnage, I would think that H20 would be up for the challenge. Besides, Anon is laying waste to an entire core by himself.

Is there a problem here?

00:57:03 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

Did I say there was a problem? I just find it hilarious once people do exactly what they flame others for doing. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the challenge, it will provide experience for our newer players (and older as well).

And Zond, there is a reason why I failed so many times and the amount I did burn should provide a hint. I'm happy to rof swords if that's what you spam :)

01:08:27 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

I didn't realize your speech was comprised entirely of technicality. Or does context refrain itself from speaking in your language?

01:33:23 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

I do it on purpose, I'm afraid, interpret my 'speech' as you like. Writing walls of text trying to justify my actions on a virtual game is pointless, so I leave it to the more manipulative amongst us to try. And yes, I did it again :)

01:39:13 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

Your virtual clarifications are neither minded nor necessary when faced with your exacting insults and unjustified accusations formulated on predispositions.

01:51:07 Dec 5th 13 - Zond (General of Sfd Nub And):

Do exactly what they flame others for doing?

So you are saying: i flamed you guys for nub bashing.. i then killed that troll and bounced anon.. so both those are noobs? :O

damn.. must be a eye opener for them :P

01:54:34 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

Taking El-derp's technical language + Zond's recollection of the facts, it would seem that El-derp is the most offensive person here (and at his own KD)

02:32:25 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

17:00:34 Nov 25th 13 - Zond (Sir Hoo Lee Schittt):

2 farmed kds, both with experienced/vet players. Attacking a kd that consist of a guide, a player helping teach, and a lot of new players.

No wonder players quit this game :)

17:57:32 Nov 25th 13 - Zond (Mr. Czar):

Ha im not whining

Ive got more OP than you and started late.

Its more just unfair for the players im teaching, who are here to learn. Not be nub bashing by 2 kds that dont have enough balls to fight each other ;)

This 'apocalyptic' scenario turned out to be just Edd and Auroraa taking advanced Tribunal cities. Our intentions were to attack Carnage after we dealt with Lazy that was south of our core (who defended pretty damn good btw). That changed when Tribunal sent a few big armies on the offensive and NAP'ed Carnage. At that time the % were not as they are now, Carnage had nearly our size and you guys at least half.

You wanted context, there you go.

02:47:04 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

And Zond, it was not the nub bashing I was referring to, but you already knew that.

02:48:52 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

Just don't forget that part where you guys are dominating :)

02:56:29 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

I don't flame people just because I'm losing like Zond.

I just found it ironic that the guy complaining (wrongfully) of being gang-banged by 2 kingdoms is now in an NAP warring us.

03:14:17 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

Pretty sure he WAS being gang-banged by 2 KDs.

03:20:12 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

You are pretty sure he was, I absolutely 100% know that he was not. So buy some new glasses or get your information from someone more reliable.

03:21:45 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

You're right, it's not like my KD didn't capture half his core or anything while he was fighting you guys... just kidding

03:24:52 Dec 5th 13 - Zond (General of Sfd Nub And):

lol...

why even bother. no fun if me and him taunt you, so ill just let him do it and sit this one out for a change :)

03:33:24 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

01:32:25 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

(I omitted zonds posts so this doesn't get too long)

Read my post again, especially the underlined part, not our fault that Tribunal decided to send their armies south to fight us ignoring Carnage.

You're welcome to join in Zond.

03:38:24 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

And that changes the fact that they were fighting two kingdoms at once how?

03:55:13 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

Because it was no fact, at the time Zond made his posts complaining, the Tribunal armies were still inside their own core. They were only fighting you, Carnage, they only fought 2 kingdoms after that and it was only for a short period of time when they choose to send their armies to our core gates. After that you guys offered them NAP and only then did our armies go into offensive mode.

05:11:17 Dec 5th 13 - Zond (General of Sfd Nub And):

lol wat a load of bs

05:37:23 Dec 5th 13 - Elite (Mr. Elite):

You could be a bit more specific, what part of any of my posts is bs?

06:26:16 Dec 5th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Quellious):

Actually this entire era we've been on the defensive.

1. Gaia dropped a city to our East and spammed gaia while Vyt and Booyah (when he played) joined in.
2. Eddie set up a "LOS city" and Crushbone destroyed it.
3. Eddie got angry and sent a large army to our West.
4. New Aurora set up "Watch Tower" and we went in to destroy it.
5. Happy and Salaz broke through our East (more like walked in) and a few cities in offered a NAP. This was at the exact same time H20 started sending armies from the South

So yes, we we've been double teamed for awhile now, and we haven't made any offensive moves this entire era. The only reason we're NAP'd with Carnage is because Happy and Salaz are trying to let us live a bit longer and learn more about the game.

As for Zond, you can't say that he's 'flaming because he's losing'. The fact of the matter is he was 'losing' the moment he entered our KD to help us, lol. He was nice enough to stick it out and try to help us survive during the 5 aforementioned events.

Was a good learning experience for us, and we really didn't expect much more than the current situation of losing our core. Good game.

06:30:07 Dec 5th 13 - Teirdel (Saint Talveron):

Just going to speak my mind here. Not agreeing or disagreeing with anyone. Tbh I don't even have enough troops myself to do anything to any1 but can arma if need be btw so let me know. However I do want to know how many inactives are in carnage and what was the cause of the war between carnage and trib in the first place?

16:28:38 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Token of Lgc:

Tierdel,

go ahead and cast arma (in my opinion).

If the era needs more time to decide a dominant figure, i'm sure it will become apparent.

That's my opinion on the matter

20:45:06 Dec 5th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Quellious):

00:30:07 Dec 5th 13 - Teirdel (Saint Talveron):

"...and what was the cause of the war between carnage and trib in the first place?"

Mr. Gaia dropping a city next to our core and spamming troops is pretty much the answer. I'll admit that was a fun little skirmish :)

22:12:10 Dec 5th 13 - Rora (Ms. Crystaaal):

4. New Aurora set up "Watch Tower" and we went in to destroy it.

So yes, we we've been double teamed for awhile now, and we haven't made any offensive moves this entire era.

Do I need to say anything?

I'll just add that Watch Tower was a fair distance away from your kingdom, pretty close to half way between us, slightly closer to you.

22:50:13 Dec 5th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Quellious):

16:12:10 Dec 5th 13 - Rora (Ms. Crystaaal):

"Do I need to say anything?"

Probably won't be any different that the arguments Eddie tried to make about the "LOS city" :). But yes, please explain if you'd like. You're not fooling anyone by claiming that an Elf city built with armories and MTs in prime position for core oversight is not an offensive maneuver. Why else would you need to build a 25.6k city in that location if not to have magic range on our core while armies marched on up from the South? Fair distance or not, you chose to advance on us and I'm willing to bet that city was a vital part of the strategy - otherwise you wouldn't have rebuilt it ( 2nd time was closer to your blockers). We may be new to the game, but we're not totally ignorant to war game strategy.

22:54:43 Dec 5th 13 - Mr. Swlfty:

Cheonje,

I think you meant, "good point. But besides destroying your advance city, we haven't fought offensively."

23:02:06 Dec 5th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Rodcet Nife):

Yes, basically. I get long-winded on forums, sorry.

Anyway, moot argument as in the end it makes no difference of our losing situation. No hard feelings I hope, Rora. You played well against us for being just as new as we are.

23:43:02 Dec 5th 13 - Rora (Heavenly New Auroraa):

I don't see anywhere this discussion can really go, since my intentions of that city cannot be proven in any way. The only proof there is of my intentions was the city name "Watch Tower" where I intended to build 2k guard towers.

Of course that plan changed when I saw the armies coming my way, so I wanted to stand my ground. As for retaking it and rebuilding, I don't give up THAT easy lol.

I'd hardly call that proof of anything though, so it all comes down to how much trust there is in what I'm saying.

04:28:52 Dec 6th 13 - Ms. Jenna Side:

I wouldn't trust you as far as I could throw you  :P

04:40:51 Dec 6th 13 - Mr. Swlfty:

Given Jenna's current drunken lifestyle, and how quick she's letting herself go, I would think she has a better chance of attempting to throw you and you falling back onto her, getting stuck in those fat rolls

Yours truly,

Swifty (Zond's buddy)

05:26:03 Dec 6th 13 - Ms. Jenna Side:

Don't you sweet talk me...  I'm not your type, I'm not inflatable!

09:54:39 Dec 7th 13 - Mr. Vytautas Didysis:

lalalala :)

18:23:47 Dec 7th 13 - Rora (Ms. Crystaaal):

That's ok Jenna, trust is earned :)

21:47:15 Dec 9th 13 - SunWarriorKing (Mr. Liu Bei of Shu Dynasty):

I always feel like, somebody's watching me! And I have no privacy!

17:21:20 Dec 15th 13 - Mr. Salazarius:

I'm ready for Armageddon if anyone wants to cast it

17:54:31 Dec 15th 13 - Cheonje (Mr. Quellious):

Agreed, someone please cast it. Tribunal all votes yes.

00:12:42 Dec 16th 13 - Teirdel (Saint Teirdel):

Alright ill attempt to cast it tonight. Edd also can as well so one of us are bound to get it.
