If you cant do that, then you have no business trying to get by the wall. Its there to plug up areas that otherwise couldn't be blocked. By having a spell to destroy a Great Wall, you are may as well take away the whole GW feature, because it would then be obsolete.
Bran's idea is much better, and one that could actually remove unwanted GWs over time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

We can not close the gates because the army attacking us are already inside the city gates! The gates of Great Wall of Spears are now open!
