13:24:48 Jun 15th 22 - Mr. Kal II: Im sorry to say but i dont feel anymore like this game deserves any type of payments or money from its clients/members that play this game. THey have failed to hand over my bonus turns and i paid outright 40$ Sent them 3 emails and still nothing. VU has shown me they dont deserve any money from me OR anybody else. I dont think the respect factor is there on their part for us. AT ALL! At this point im going to request a refund. Nice job VU. I dont recall this game being like this 10 years ago when I use to play it. ALot has changed. Not sure if anybody realizzes that from those days long ago. O well.

They abhor any actions that make this game unfriendly. But look how they don’t understand that the OP as a customer did not get the product he paid for. Instead of being good ambassadors here, (as they are very vocal about it) they ruin the post and disregard the issue at hand. Tsk tsk tsk. Hypocrites.

"At this point im going to request a refund." 1) I dont know if you asked for advice from a kd mate. But spending alot of money is a waste. Firstly like you said yourself you dont get the bt on time. Secondly the working of bt, "Once transfered to the character - every 3rd tick a sponsored turn will be converted to a turn that can be used." Which also blocks fast usage of bt. Which in hindsight is logical, but annoying. Especially if you have mobile game experience. 2) For the refund, maybe check with your payment provider like Paypall, mastercard etc? Maybe you can force a refund through there. I know Paypall had a function for it. Else it is to wait for the Admin.... "I dont recall this game being like this 10 years ago when I use to play it. Only difference was you got a reply from Zeta or your bts on time. Problems like no new content. Anti exploiting/cheating were all there. Is also the reason you see so few players and new players coming in. But please remind, this game is created by Zeta and him alone. He has no back up. So if hes on vacation or ill or whatever. The proces is kinda stuck.
16:49:17 Jun 15th 22 - Venomz* (High Warlord Hef Bundy):* You're right Aloy, that was a bit childish of me. But it's hard being an ambassador for the game in it's current state. Copy paste messages aren't much different to real customer service these days though. Zeta the admin, isn't as active. Not even when it comes to money being spent, and making sure people get a good service. He has moved on to other projects a long time ago, and is rarely in the mood to adjust things. Let alone do anything against the long standing issues, like exploiting/cheating. It's a shame, we all know this game is like crack and has great replay value with the era system.

Many, many vets, including those who have come and gone years ago, have done their best to rouse Zeta, but nothing has worked. While Zeta's inaction in the game, and with payment options, is frustrating and may ultimately be the demise of VU, many players have moved on from attempting to influence Zeta, to doing their best with what they can do. VU is a metaphorical house that is on fire. Zeta is the firefighters (and the architect and construction crew), but the firefighters aren't coming any time soon, or maybe at all. Players have moved on from yelling into the dark for firefighters and have picked up buckets to do the best that they can with what they have.
02:20:12 Jun 16th 22 - Matthew* (Chief Mathew):* I have never seen someone describe one of the appeals of Visual Utopia being it's replay value from the era system but I think that's really accurate. Eras in VU feel as replayable as rounds in an RTS without the same drain/fatigue you get from RTS games. To answer the OP: The admin is less active but you should still get the BTs within 48 hours. It's crazy how active the VU community is still after 20~ years

That being said though, I got some more just a couple days ago so I don't understand why Kal would not have gotten his.
