How important are those 3 bonus turns you get in beginning of the era?

Do people keep them for some special cases like escaping death or chasing an enemy armty, or you just use it in beginning to get those 3 turns advantage?

Halfer scouts are invisible right? How do I know if one of my scouts is invisible for sure?

I came to a city, right from start the chance to steal food is 100%, but I need to prep to see the attack percentage. How is that chance to steal food calculated, why did I have 100% ? I did not have farmers in army if that is important

Human and Elves riders move the exact same speed? Do Nazguls move double faster then horses, and 4 times faster then normal units?

Is there a way to find out if enemy did any magic casting on you like eye in sky but when its successful, I dont have event, any chance to find that out?

How much faster does army move with forced march, and how much of the soldiers die with it? Do people use the forced march, is it worth it? Does army loose morale too when force marched?

everytime you ask a question beginning with 'do people', you really should be finding the answers to those out for yourself, theres no right or wrong answer to them.

no, unless the person PMs you to brag about how lame your army is compared to theirs

the other questions regarding scout speeds i dont know the precise answer to cos ive been playing dwarf

I'd say save them for your first march to a city for attacking

Yes, both. Everyone uses them differently, its up to you and your style.

Halfer scouts are invisible right? How do I know if one of my scouts is invisible for sure? As far as I know, ONE farmer only scouts are invisible if they are not moving only and not on an enemy city

Human and Elves riders move the exact same speed? Do Nazguls move double faster then horses, and 4 times faster then normal units? From experience, I think Human Knights, Halfer Pwnies, Elf Riders all move at equal speed. It looks like (to me) that Orc nazzies move a bit faster. Overall, its 2-3 times faster than normal units of the same quantity. Injured troops and peasants slow you down more.

Forced march gives you two ticks of movement per regular turn. You lose 10-15% of your troops and 5-10% of your morale each tick its active.



These answers may not be 100% accurate, but they are close enough. Trust me.

I believe Halfers no longer get invis scouts. I'm 95% sure they don't infact.

I have no idea about steal food, to be fair. Never used it and it has never interested me in legit play (there used to be an exploit with it, not anymore though).

No, nazguls move at same speed as Ponies, Riders and Knights I believe.

No, unless as Bran said, they brag... Against most spells like freeze, anger, RoF,  SS and EQ, it says in logs. However, afainst EiTS, it does not.

Double speed I believe. Can't remember amount, but you lose a significant amount. Nobody who wants to keep troops, uses it. It's good for maybe 1 tick if you're about to die, or FMing a scout somewhere.

It was removed long ago.
