Had a quick question about an era ending. After the era ends and i sign back in, will i appear on a new world with all of my kd mates? How does that work?

after the world ends, everything will reset, when you come back to the game you have an option if you are in a kingdom to land where they are if you are an individual you choose where to land and to auto-join a kd or not.
