22:37:53 Aug 27th 17 - Nayoke the Kid (Mr. Eros Air Guitar): Does anyone know if a city can revolt given this situation: -player is playing human -player takes over enemy city with low moral (30%) -moral in city rises up to 85% -player trains troops in city and activates mobilize -moral starts to drop back down into revolt territory-moral % >can said city revolt b/c moral is low >or does the fact that moral was above revolt % prevent this? or possibly some sort of time requirement on holding the previously enemy city?
23:16:19 Aug 27th 17 - Ms. Jasmina II: When the city is taken, are there any peasants left in city? If no,then it can not revolt. If you train all peasants it can not revolt either. I do not think there is a time frame, if you fix the peasants issue it should not revolt.
