if i want to tag with the same kd, should i just stay or re-apply?

If the KD you were part of was less than 5 people, then you have to re-apply.

If your KD is 6 or more, you stay in it, unless leadership kicks you.

If you are in a KD of 6 or more and want to join another KD, than you have to leave the KD and apply to the new KD.
