| 20:11:43 Dec 30th 09 - Pirate Candybeard: How is it that when I have 1% to siege, on a city I have prepped on for 2 days (no full prep) and than I upgrade my mili sci, effectively making my army 10% stronger, the % to siege stays at 1%?!
The guy didn't upgrade mili, and he didn't gain troops or buildings between the two checks. | ||||
