The army has nowhere to be bounced to, however this will not lead to your troops becoming suberb and killing everything. The army will simply stay there, as a result of which, if you attack with <100%, you can attack again and again. With, assuming every time is a victory, an increasing attack %, until you reach 100%. This could be reached at the second attack, but also at the 5th, just depends on strength and luck and milsci and stuff ;)

or in the case of my unkillable scout, it would say i killed troops when i actually didn't, the only way to actually kill it was with a 100%, my 99% did nothing :(   =P but it's gone now,
