How can you loose when you have 100% chance to win? Also how do I get to attack someone when they are twice my size but yet the message says they are smaller then me. I know they are bigger then me they have 6 cities and I have 3 but yet I am told I am picking on a smaller ruler.

I want to know the same thing about the 100%. I get 100% on attacking a army or city then I loose the fight and all my troops are killed. Did you change the percentage to how much you will loose in your army.

the percent is rounded. so you didnt actually have 100% its impossible. you may of had 99.9 or 99.8 or 99.5 but not 100.

Well about the second coment which world were you on? If you were on the smaller worlds then you were bigger you have 3 cities that are bigger than the other guy with 6, he could have 1000 land in each and you could have 5000 in yours. The rule doesnt depend on cities but land that you own.

If he attacks you, then you can attack him. To get this done most players send out scouts and start prepping on every city in sight. Maybe he will attack you, maybe not. As prepping on a city no longer doubles troop cost, the player doesn't have a reason to attack your scouts.
Also, if he has his gates closed, he's attackable.

For the other things, Nick and Kath are both right.

You must have problems writing as your first post clearly lacks the information stating all troops were killed. In this scenario, the 99.7% rounded up scenario is not possible as that would not cause you to loose all troops. This is most likely a bug. You could check this topic too, not total losses but he did loose a lot. Also some ZeTazomments.
