I have realized a few ways to few ways to dertermine wether multi or not(it not accrute but it can help)
1. Look at capitals are they constent
2. Grammar do they have proper grammer/punctuation
3. Commas If they use commas or not when your ment to
4. Full stops do they include full stops in sentences
5. Paragraphs have they got paragraphs or just a wall of words
6. SPELLING if they have different spelling it and is constent then usally they aint multies

These are a few things that might help in realizing there a multi or not
