Roleplayers Academy
17:03:23 Aug 1st 08 - Sir Charley Statler:

OK I am starting an actually Academy for ROLEPLAYING ONLY.  This is no joke and I do not want BS in here.  Some people, in my opinion, may not roleplay because they may not be good at certain aspects of it.  If they knew what they were doing they may come in here more and join some things.  I am going to go through the different areas of roleplaying that are vital to being successful and also enjoying it.  I went to another roleplay site and found these categories, but I will explain them myself instead of copying them straight from there.  I do not like copying things, but these are trying times.

If anyone wishes to help people along in these categories, or others, just post here.
_________________________________________________________

1)Character Development - Characters do not always stay the same throughout a roleplay.  They have mental and physical improvements due to the things they do.  It is also helpful to describe the physical characteristics of your characters.  Height, build, hair color, eye color, armor, weapons, or sc*beep*ven.  These things make your character appear in the readers mind and can make them much more interesting than a generic warrior who seems to be faceless due to the lack of work put into them.

2) Combat - Combat is not a difficult part of roleplaying, but it can be a focal point for many.  If you use good describing words, you can turn a boring duel or fight, into a very descriptive and visual fight to the death.  Description really helps and one liners are highly frowned upon.

3) Game Mastery - This mainly means that you thoroughly think up a subject for an interesting roleplay, make an interesting and logical opening that can draw players in.  Starting roleplays is not just meant for a few people.  Anyone can start one, but people JOIN when it is easy to follow and does not require pages of complex stats that would drive anyone crazy.

4) Grammar - A good roleplay can easily be ruined because of bad grammar.  Punctuation, spelling, paragraphing, and word use all affect the roleplay.  Working on these parts can dramatically increase the quality and possible attention of others.

17:50:28 Aug 1st 08 - Prince Insomaniak:

When I first started playing this game, I made myself being a character from another realm/dimension...send here by his clan-elders to find a new world to conquer...since his own realm was about to be destroyed...

as the era's passed by my character slowly evolved (due to arcane arts and magical wisdoms learnt) into a powerfull Battlemage character, wielding the powers of fire (RoF) and the might of his armies to slaughter armies and annihilate kingdoms...

later on there have been a few rituals performed which imbued my character with demonic traits, which in the era's afterwards became stronger and more visible...

hence my current character is the Demonic ruler of Carrothia (mostly Shezmu due to my bonds with Abydos -> Ancient Egyptian Lore)...who has these eerie green glowing eyes, which seem to burn bright when enraged or casting powerfull magic...the skin slowly turned darker and more scalelike, forming a natural body armor and making him nearly invisible under the cover of darkness...also I believe that all other living beings are worth less then the dirt on the streets so the favoured term "Infidel" is widely used in my messages and stories when speaking to other rulers...

nontheless...my character seemingly evil, does have a human side and is renowned for his "Poetry for the Dead" (mostly used during the battles against and with Dreadlord Valarion...another great Poet amongst VU-players)...also there are unvalidated tales of relations with certain female players in the past/early era's of play...

but make no mistake, for my beloved Shadowhounds will tear you apart at any time...imagine their beautiful black fur stroking against your body as they sink their razorsharp teeth in your body, their claws slicing through your flesh and bones as if you were made from butter...and if that doesn't kill you...I still have my ancient runic sword, which seemingly drains your lifeforce when it strikes you with it's dark blade...

so dont hesitate to evolve your character over the era's...pick a side to start on...being good or evil...you can always turn towards the other side due to events that happen as the era's pass by...I mean my history is packed with all kinds of events which changed my ingame character ...so why not do the same?

when able to, seek out a character inside the game of opposite or equal agenda and also look towards any fantasy games/books/movies for inspiration and improvements to your character...add pets, henchman or even loved ones...I myself even went as far to recreate/rebuild my own dimension called Carrothia...some of you have even visited there when I hosted a Werewolf-session, which lead to further development of my realms history and it's dangerous creatures...

and most important...try to stick to a certain style of writing, one suiting your character of choice...I mean I'm a powerhungry relentless ruler that thinks of himself to be the ultimate Deity and anything/anyone else is of no real use to him...so it's very rare to receive a nice and "infidel-free" message from my part...

with regards,
the Demonic ruler of Carrothia

*This message was written to all the Infidels out there...

Lord Scientist

Report

8/1/2008 8:19:19 PM
:O Carrot didn't even mention his mishaps he had in a couple of specific Werewolf games........I'm devastated :(

As I said, I am backing this thread 100%. Anybody who needs any hints/tips, please don't hesitate to message me.
I won't post too much, I'm not liked much around these forums anymore.......but those who need me, do message me. I'm never far away ;)

*A young, dark haired man walked from a room in the Academy and walked towards Lord Scientist.  He was wearing leather archer armor, had glimmering steel chainmail armor overtop of it, and a yew longbow strapped to his back.  On his chest there was an emblem for the city of Tasidian, the shining beacon of the sea.  He was tall and slim, but had powerful arms to wield his bow with speed and accuracy.  His piercing eyes showed intelligence and strength behind them and he *

"Lord Scientist, you are welcome here in my academy always.  You gave me the idea for this Academy, and I did as best as I could to create a place where training the common people in the art of "Roleplaying" was it's duty.  Your wisdom and guidance surpasses my own and it would be welcome as often as you see something out of place or needing added."

*He turns to the small crowd of people gathering at the Academy entrance.*

"Welcome to the Academy for Roleplayers, here in the great city of Tasidian.  I am Sir Charley III Statler, son of Sir Ernie The Orange, son of Sir Charley II, who was the son of Mr. Charley.  I am the founder of this building, that is meant for the wellbeing of all those who live in the lands of the great lord Zeta."

"This Academy is for everyone to use, not just for the gifted.  It is a training instrument that shall bring back the golden days and it shall be a font of knowledge.  Please, if you come in these doors, leave any knowledge you possess that may aid the less experienced.  You may carve your knowledge upon the Wall of Knowledge, which is on the far wall. *Points to a far wall*  Once again I say. Welcome to the Academy!"

"If any wish to ask any questions of me at all, please send a messege and I shall respond with great haste and careful thought.  If I am unable to answer it, I shall ask for the help of others in order to answer the question.  Teachers are welcome to reside in this place, but they also carry the responsibility towards others.  There will be no attack on our ways here as we are all professionals when we enter these doors.  If there is a disturbance....it WILL be taken care of, one way or another." *Pats his bow*
"Thank you for your time.  I shall be in the Great Hall of Tasidian."

*Exits the Academy*

08:36:02 Aug 2nd 08 - Sir Charley Statler:

*Charley walks into the Academy again*

"I am now announcing that I shall be teaching Character Development and I shall also be adding a new section onto it.  I shall be helping new students create their "roleplaying character."  There are a number of sections that help create the physical appearance, class, and develop the personality of the player.  This is optional of course, it is only if the player asks for help with a character."

13:03:45 Aug 2nd 08 - Lord Scientist:

*Scientist stands there still in the middle of the room in his long black robe which glistens in what little light there is inside the dreary room. His staff seems to be made of some sort of crystal, it has an eerie white glow coming from inside the staff, illuminating the spot where Scientist stands just that little bit more. As for Scientist himself, he is getting old with the winds of time, he has a grey beard trailing down his chest and you can just see the tip of his nose under the hood of the robe. As he speaks his eyes seem to have some sort of glow to them, although it could just be the reflection of his staff.*

"Charley, I will gladly help you anyway I possibly can. I will share whatever information with this group that I can and provide more in the way of entertainment in this forum. I will start with that long awaited Werewolf game hosted by me.......let's bring this forum to LIFE!!"

*As he shouts his staff suddenly flashes a bright white light blinding everyone in the academy. When they regain their sight they notice they are now in a completely different location, they seem to be in some posh hotel type location. Big marble pillars, high ceilings and a towering staircase. Scientist stands atop the staircase, only he has completely changed, well his clothes anyway.........He is now wearing a white robe with a symbol on the front, which looks like it may be some sort of religious symbol. His staff glows brilliantly now, not just a dull glow like it was before.*

"I hope you like my mansion and find it useful as being the location for your academy, only the best for my roleplayers now. Please make yourselves at home."

*Scientist fades turns around and as he walks off, he fades away.*

13:19:10 Aug 2nd 08 - Mr. Harry The Crazy:

*Whilst everyone is awed at the wonderful and extravagant place, Wilberforce remains seated. Not taking paying too much attention to what was happening. Wearing his black cloak and hat he seemed like the odd one out of this band of merry roleplayers.*

"So, what now?"

*As he raises from the chair. His face remains unseen due to the hat*

"I'd like to meet this Scientist, I need more training to be an RP'er."

*He throws his hat to the ground then jumps into the shadows*

16:41:34 Aug 2nd 08 - Prince Waldorfius Septim III:

*Septim walks towards his classroom, on the door it says "Game Mastery" in large fake gold letters. He enters his classroom, sits at his desk, and looks around. He begins counting the seats.

"One...two...three-four...five...six...seven...ei-" he is cut off by his assistant entering the room. A rather large furry mongoose wearing a business suit runs in. The mongoose jumps onto the desk and sits down.

"Well now Slasher, you're late, but not too late, the students however are too late, or are they? I don't know, I wish I had a clock in here...well, maybe not, because then I would know how late they are and I really don't want that to happen, it would spoil the fun!"

*Septim claps and laughs a bit. He then begins tugging on his bow tie out of boredom.

23:02:16 Aug 2nd 08 - Sir Charley Statler:

*Charley looks at Harry*

"Depends on what you wish to learn.  Pick a category and let's see if there is a teacher for it....if they is not a teacher, then I guess I could teach it, but I am sure there are better qualified people out there."
But I would prefer if you PM the teacher instead of doing it here so that there isn't a lot of clutter.

Character Development - Charley Statler
RP Character Creation - Charley Statler
Combat - None Yet
Game Mastery - Septim
Grammar - None Yet

23:16:06 Aug 2nd 08 - Prince Insomaniak:

*waits patiently up in his tower shrouded by dark clouds*

"hmmm...I wonder if they even noticed the door leading to this little classroom...I mean you would think that people are more drawn towards darkness, mystical stuff and the treatchery which is evil itself...even if they deem themselves good, surely I can twist, turn and manipulate them into becoming evil...even if it takes me eons to do so..."

*looks out of his window beyond the seemingly beautiful landscapes and notices a small battle taking place in the distance*

"next time I might as well put up fake golden letters on my door...I'll just amuse myself with the onslaught taking place...I doubt those flimsy looking elves are any match for that horde of shamans, goblins and ogres...I wonder if they have a nazgul with them...oh look...one of the shamans just set an archmage on fire! they should turn that patch of forest into a bonfire after they've slain them elves!"

*starts laughing in a rather evil way and keeps watching the battle unfold as it's turning out to be quite the amusing show*

12:56:08 Aug 3rd 08 - Lord Scientist:

*A voice comes over the PA around the building, the voice of Scientist*

"Would everyone care to open the envelope that they have sat on their desks in front of them, it should contain vital information which you will all need to help with your lessons here."

*There is a little jingle and the PA system buzzes when it shuts down. As everyone looks down they suddenly notice an envelope which wasn't there before. Each individually addressed to them. As they proceed to open it and pull out its contents it is clear that the piece of paper inside is blank. After staring at the pages for a couple of seconds, words begin to write themselves onto the page. The group reads in amazement:

**********************************************************

Greetings and welcome to the Acadamy for Roleplaying,

Could all people please ensure that they read this note carefully and do as instructed while on this course.
The following is a list of people who will be teaching the assigned parts of Roleplay, each is just as important as the next and all should be learned in order to achieve a good understanding of Roleplay.

Character Development - Charley Statler & Scientist
RP Character Creation - Charley Statler
Combat - Carrothian & Scientist
Evil Character traits - Carrothian
Game Mastery - Septim
Grammar - Scientist

Please do not use this thread as a place to do your lessons, do them either through PM with the teacher, or use the newly created IRC channel #RP-Academy, all are welcome to join there and do RP as much as they woulod like :)

This thread is just for updates on what is being taught at present and for people to join up to the Academy and make themselves known to others.
I would also suggest that those participating in learning the ways or RP actually do some RPs with other people through the in-game PMs and get the person to report them as good. I can look over all messages which get reported and will post them in a diary for each person to show how they've improved.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to message me or Charley Statler.

Regards
Scientist

*******************************************************

The pages then slowly and surely fade away along with the envelopes they were once in*

21:38:38 Aug 3rd 08 - Lord Scientist:

[[For those who don't know how to use IRC. Follow this LINK and it will take you to the Visual Utopia IRC channel known as #vu. In order to get onto the RP channel, use the command '/join #RP-Academy' and it will take you to the channel where we're all having some fun RPing and such :)]]

06:21:02 Aug 4th 08 - Sir Charley Statler:

*The PA system turns on again*

"Attention students and guests!"

"If anyone wants to be in the "RP Character Creation" class, I am planning on being in the Academy IRC channel most of the time im online.  I am online pretty much every single waking moment.  Weekdays from around 10am until midnight or a little later (Eastern Standard Time) and weekends a little less....so if you want an appointment, either messege me(Charley Statler), contact me on MSN at CharleyMUC08@live.com , or find me on IRC."

*The PA jingle played and turned off*

*Charley sits in his office and works on paperwork for a little bit and then walks out the door.  He is then magically teleported to his castle in Tasidian where he goes to sleep and waits for the new day to start*

17:52:09 Aug 5th 08 - Demonic Insomaniak:

*stares at the students from within the darkness of the shadows*

"hmmmmm...this feels...great...it seems my demonic soul has finally reached it's true power again..."

*starts laughing like an evil powerhungry demon would do*

02:35:04 Aug 6th 08 - Duke Pumpkin Head:

I couldn't even bare to read all that noncsence, none may even compare their roleplaying skills to that of mine own. I challenge anyone to oppose me now! >_<

02:51:12 Aug 6th 08 - Prince Waldorfius Septim III:

*Septim draws his sword.

"I accept!"

*Septim chops off Pumpkin Head's leg before realizing that he had not meant a duel with swords, but a duel with words.

"Oh...ummm...just go to the black market, they'll replace 'em!"

02:58:36 Aug 6th 08 - Sir Charley Statler:

*Charley takes Septim's sword and throws it in a closet and locks the door*

"NO ATTACKING PEOPLE"

"And...welcome to the Roleplayers Academy....if you wish to test your skills....join an RP or something" =p

03:14:47 Aug 6th 08 - Duke Pumpkin Head:

Arzun looked at this so called Prince with pity, shaking his head he moved on to the man who seemed to run this entire opperation. His red robes were made of fine silk, but what beauty they once held was long gone, for they were much used and tattered. The smell of herbs and spice came from unseen pockets throughout his clothing, it had a pleasently secret aroma about it. His heavy oak staff had a small orb at the top, with vines crawling up it. He looked the man in the eyes, lowering the hood from his head and revealing his shoulder length black hair, and weathered tanned skin.

"Test my skills? I already am aware of my skills, they need not be tested. I will however go on a little adventure with someone if they so please to join me. I am heading out tomorow at dawn."

Arzun turned and walked to the fireplace in the far end of the room where he sat on the bench and rubbed his hands by the fire.

08:16:40 Aug 6th 08 - Mr. Stick:

* A young child enters the room with quickened step. He is consumed by a long dark cloak that smells of smoke. Small burns and rips expose the subtle glisten of armor from beneath. The hood is loose and draped over most of his face. Although young of age, he walked with pride and elegance. He peers only for a second at the heated confrontation between the men, then quietly beccons Charley to him.*

10:29:55 Aug 21st 08 - Lord Nephilim The Redeemer:

*Draws his Sword and stabs Sci*

17:17:19 Aug 21st 08 - Sir Charley Statler:

"Oh sure! Didn't you read the sign at the entrance? No stabbing old people...wait...dangit...I mean Scientist!"

09:51:30 Aug 22nd 08 - Lord Nephilim The Redeemer:

O_o

14:45:56 Sep 19th 08 - Mr. Sycrese:

*A tall thin wizard apprentice appears in the door. His void black robes swaying as he enters from the night wind. Sensing an immense source of power from the shadows, he turns to focus his attention on which this aura is coming from.*
"Teach me the ways from which you have gained this unbelievable power. I wish to become as strong as you have."

14:49:41 Sep 19th 08 - Mr. Sycrese:

"I have heard of your greatness, Demonic Insomaniak. I wish to learn the Darkness that has transformed you into the hardened shell that you are today."

01:01:05 Sep 22nd 08 - Sir Ice Ice Baby Ice:

Revenge wheels himself in

" Yarh, ye be listening to these fine tips "

Tips :

  1. Spelling
  2. Actually making sense
  3. Try not to over Detail it, leave some thought for the other people as they read
  4. Re-read before posting to see if it sits neatly, or if it needs another word here or there etc
  5. Always remember, when in doubt ask someone, alot of us here are willing to give some guidance like me :)
  6. And ofcourse, keep in-line with everyone else!

06:42:08 Sep 23rd 08 - Mr. Sycrese:

*Turning to look at Revenge*

"I am quite sorry if I have confused you...... nut I am new to this whole concept so you must forgive me if I seem a little... out of place."

06:52:50 Sep 23rd 08 - Lord Charley Deallus:

*Walks out of his office*

"Welcome to the Roleplayers Academy, I am Charley Deallus III, one of the founders.  The one you call Demonic Carrothian also goes by the name of Demonic Shezmu.  He is seldom seen here in these times, but I am sure if you sent a message to "Shezmu" he would read it as soon as he can and help you in whatever way he could.  Be warned though, he is reluctant to teach people he sees as lesser beings than himself.  Even I am considered an infidel to him, and I am in the same kingdom as he.  All people are welcome here as long as they have a desire to learn.  Well, I have much word to do...if you have any questions, simply go to the VU IRC.  Channel #RP-Academy, for many of us are there and would be willing to give any aid that we can.  Good day!"

*Charley turns and walks back into the room with the title "RP-Creation" engraved upon the door*

04:41:35 Sep 24th 08 - Mr. Sycrese:

*Turns to the door from which the founder had appeared from*

" Revenge, my name is Sycrese. Might you be interested in some ale or any sort of drink? I am famished form my journey."

18:53:58 Oct 25th 08 - Duke Ozai:

:D can i be the RP messaging teacher :D

19:52:45 Oct 25th 08 - Lord Charley Deallus:

*Charley Deallus looked up from his desk at Duke Ozai.*

"Well this would have to be decided between the current teachers.  I originally made this academy for 'forum roleplaying' only because 'message roleplaying' was doing fine.  If you roleplay on the forums it helps you in the art of 'message roleplaying.'  I will take this up with Lord Scientist, but I feel that another teacher position is not needed at this time."

Charley then looked around the room for anyone else and then went back to writing something.

04:37:40 Nov 7th 08 - Mr. Tyr:

Hymir walks into the academy, looking somewhat confused. He has seen many winters and bears the scars of many battles, but is still his eyes are keen and his body and mind are as sound as his heavy armor and keen as his swords.

"Where am I? I told that tomfool wizard that I wanted to learn about Role Playing and now I'm here. Oh, well. Might as well put it to good use. Now where do I start?"

05:40:20 Nov 7th 08 - Lord Charley Deallus:

Charley Deallus walks out of his office and approaches Tyr.  He is wearing some richly woven clothing and long robes that designate him as a high teacher of the Academy.
"Good day and welcome to the Roleplayers Academy.  I am Lord Charley Deallus, the co-founder of this academy.  Lord Scientist is rather busy at this time of day and you should contact him much earlier in the day.  If you wish to learn more about role playing, you should get into the Initiate Roleplayers Collective or IRC (LINK) and enter the room labled #RP-Academy.  If you have not entered into a classroom in the academy, you must make sure you enter this code upon the door to enter it.  /join #RP-Academy     Inside you will find all of the important people you may meet with in order to cultivate and enhance your skills.  I personally am almost always in there and can be reached with a message also."

Charley Deallus then turned and walked back into his office to do some paperwork.

07:03:07 Nov 7th 08 - Prince Validus Septim:

*Septim the crazy teacher that nobody listens to barges in.

"Never here, if you want something, send a message and wait..."

21:35:35 Nov 14th 08 - Mr. Samulis The Magnificent:

The great guilded doors to the academy opened, and a proud lord walked in, careful to close them behind him. He strode long, noble strides, his red cape flowing behind him. He wore a light mail covered by a tunic with a compass rose coat-of-arms on the front. His legs were plated, and on his hands, great shining gaunlets. He wore not a helm, but a golden crown. He was Samulis, King of the Samersanian Empire, and a key figure in the Relm of Imparus. He walked in, and the people fell silent, for it was strange for a man dressed like so to appear in such a place.

Greetings, my friends. I am not much of a role-player, but a good writer. I am here not to help, but to learn, truly, what are thee arts of roleplaying and how may such a man as myself learn and master them? Speak to me, O' great teachers, I wish to learn, and wish to know.

01:18:24 Nov 21st 08 - Lord Charley Deallus:

Charley Deallus III, the current Deallus family member teaching at the Roleplayers Academy, turned on the PA.

"Greetings roleplayers old and new.   I would like to make a fresh announcement about what we do here at the Roleplayers Academy.
The following is a list of people who will be teaching the assigned parts of Roleplay, each is just as important as the next and all should be learned in order to achieve a good understanding of Roleplay.  I am also passing on my teaching position here to my nephew, Cedric Deallus.  I feel the urge to travel into far distant lands and do not wish to be tied down here.  Cedric will be moving into my office in a short time I am sure so please make him feel welcome.  If anyone feels that they should be a teacher, they must be approved by Lord Scientist and I.  All positions are filled at this time, but if you think of a class that has not been cover please contact me."

"Do not be intimidated or feel that going to the academy means you are not good at all.  Just look at Septim, he started off worse than anything I could possibly imagine and now look at him.  You can improve and learn new skills here that will increase the quality of your roleplaying."

Charley Deallus III then turned off the PA system and finished writing a few more papers before he would leave ultimately.

06:23:54 Nov 26th 08 - Prince Validus Septim II:

"Since when have I been Good Character Traits teacher?"

*Septim remembers that one night in Mexico.

"Damn that worm..."

[[OOC: I'm alright with it, better than Game Mastery...then again, nobody ever asks my advice anyway...'cept Delran...]]

07:12:18 Nov 26th 08 - Lord Cedric Deallus:

[[OOC: You are pretty much there because your characters have always been good(at least from what I have noticed) I didn't want to make myself an assistant because I don't want to have my hand in EVERYTHING in here.  I saw Shezmu had evil character traits...so I felt that we needed someone with experience in good characters.]]

19:50:14 Nov 28th 08 - Mr. Samulis The Magnificent:

Sire, what of Maps and Cartogrophy in Role Playing? Many people have basic green and blue maps, but not really any advanced drawings, such as the ones I use for my Role-Plays.

00:15:20 Nov 29th 08 - Lord Cedric Deallus:

"Map drawing would have to be an option, not a requirement.  The above classes being taught are needed in 95% of RPs if they want to have a higher chance of being successful.  An RP with poor character evolution or development, or a poor character in general is not a good start.  Combat is in almost all RPs in these lands and it is good to have good and bad traits for characters depending on their alignment.  Game mastery is very important in creation an RP.  You want to have good organization and think 'how will a person joining look at this? Will it be complex and annoy them? Will it be exciting enough?'  Grammar is a very important skill because personally I will not join an RP that I have to take effort to read.  I did not use a map in most of my RPs and if I did, I made it simple because complex maps are not always needed.  People usually wish to know where they are going.  I will discuss this though."

23:13:17 Sep 28th 09 - Demonslayer Charley Deallus IV:

*Closes the doors of the Academy as it fades into oblivion and obscurity*

23:18:13 Sep 28th 09 - Demonslayer Charley Deallus IV:

Unstickied due to lack of use.

00:07:29 Sep 29th 09 - Sir Pools Closed:

*Waves farewell to the forsaken thread that teaches the ways of Roleplay*

23:11:14 Aug 2nd 13 - King Charley Deallus:

Oh em gee revival of a thread that makes me feel old.  Scary, I did this when I first started college, back when I sucked at writing still.  Back when we had a lot of potential people joining every week and we actually needed organization for it all.

00:40:30 Aug 3rd 13 - Psychotic Scientist:

Back in the old days!

09:43:51 Aug 3rd 13 - Duke Himanil XI:

Ah well mere reminiscing ain't gonna bring 'em back to life.

*Mumbles about the exclusivity of the Tavern reincarnation magic*

21:13:42 Aug 19th 13 - Emperor Tiberius Septimus Cidellus:

Charley, you goddamn necromancer you.

05:16:24 Aug 21st 13 - King Charley Deallus:

Ahahah! I shall sweep the dust off of the already dusty topics of the olden days (Which are after the ancient days.  Back when Scientist was only old as dirt) and bring forth a new era of dust!

09:54:40 Aug 21st 13 - Mr. Borgius:

Why is everyone here pretending to be characters out of a story I don't know?

06:25:30 Aug 23rd 13 - King Charley Deallus:

Because we are all old men who did this before.

08:08:24 Aug 23rd 13 - Psychotic Scientist:

Who you calling old?

01:11:37 Aug 24th 13 - King Charley Deallus:

Well, let's see...you I guess.
