12:15:11 Jun 18th 08 - Mr. Tharaman: Okay, you all take up role as a god of some kind and then you end up getting some worshippers and so you have a town dedicated to you. Your job is to rise to greatness through the form of glory points. Since your villages are simple-minded *beep*s, they often look to you to advice which you send down to them one way or another. You may go to war, enslave, pillage, trade, build, and do whatever the heck you want really. I have some extra features but I'll try to let people get a hold of the basics and even establish thier pitiful village. You may post once every twelve hours. These are the generic gods with towns already established in thier name. You may be your own god, but unfortunately, you're not popular enough to get pezzies to create a town in your honor. :P Pick carefulyl since I may add bonuses depending on what god you pick later in the game. 1. The God of Fire, War (navy gets beaten by the God of Water) 2. The God of Water, of the Sea (includes everything from trading on water, fighting on water, swimming) 3. The God of Earth, of Farming, and of Nature 4. The Great God of Air, of the Sky, and of Travelling 5. The Great God of Gold, of Wealth and Trade 6. The Great God of Knowledge, of Technology, and of Science Feel free to change the god names. And if you wanna create your own... well, you'll have a large cult which you can control to build a town, take one, leave peacefully, whatever. xD Army: Each town will start with 100 armed peasants.(1 atk, 1 def) The more advanced troops would require certain sciences to be researched and then trained (which takes time). They can be trained simultaneously. For example you can train 200 armed peasants at one time and be finished in the day. Remember you can post once every twelve hours. Each unit also needs thier equipment which you buy with yer gold. But if you have certain buildings that make that piece of equipment, cost could be reduced or taken away completely cause they work for free. You are a god after all. :P Armed Peasants (1 atk, 1 def) (req: none) (training time: 1 post) (uses: whatever :P) Spearmen (3 atk, 2 def) (req: barracks, armory, enough spears) (training: 2 posts) (uses: spear) Archer (4 atk 1 def) (req: barracks, armory, enough bows, shooting range) (training 2 posts) (uses: bow) Artifacts: You may or may not find artifacts that do nifty stuff. :P It all depends on roleplay and chance. Buildings: They take 100 pezzies each to build (then the pezzies die of exhaustion. They take two posts unless you want 200 pezzies to work on it, then they take one post.) Monument: (start with one, can make another for 10k) Adds 5+ to glory every post. Barrack: (2k gold) Enables for troops to be trained. Trade Post: (5k gold, doubles in price every next trade post) Adds 1k gold to the coffers every day. With everything that makes or produces something, add 1k to income by the trade post. So if you have a wood camp and a mine, you can make 3k a post. If you have wood camp and mine, and two trade posts, you can make 6k a post. Armory: Houses troop equipment. Shooting Range: (2000 gold) Allows training of archers. Poleturner: Makes spears. (1000 gold) (req: wood camp, smithy) Fletcher: Makes bows and arrows. (1000 gold) (req: wood camp) Wood Camp: (1k) Cuts woods for certain buildings. Mine: (1k) Mines ore for smithy. Smithy: (1k) (req: mine) Makes various metal equipment. The population defines how many pezzies are willing to join the army and do stuff for you. Not actually how many pezzies live in your town. I'll add more stuff as we go along.

19:55:07 Jun 18th 08 - Mr. Tharaman: Pezzies, in return for no payment and all that, require food. You gotta buy all your pezzies one unit of food (or just farm it) which leads to... dun dun dun... Farm: (you start with one, 500 gold) Produces 5k of food but requires 500 pezzies to make. --- New unit, buildings, and the Academy Academy (req: 500 pezzies to build, 5k to make) - Allows for research. May research Engineering. Costs 10k and takes 10 posts. (5k and 6 posts for the god of science) Engineer's Guild (req Engineering researched, wood camp) (10000 gold and 200 pezzies) - Allows building of warmachines and all that stuff. Catapult (req engineer's guild, 500 gold per machine, 10 pezzies each) (50 atk, 10 def) The research and stuff's gonna get more advanced. you guys should help me out a bit so we can make this a good game.

20:05:29 Jun 18th 08 - Mr. Ironic: [OOC: Can I add a farm to what I'm buying.]
Wood Walls: Requires Lumber Yard(and about 2 turns of stockpiling for one Lumber Yard) 500 pezzies and 250 gold. Can build 7 walls for one layer? Stone Walls: Requires mine(and about 4 turns of stockpiling for one mine) 1.5k peasents for each 100 meters and 500 gold. 7 Walls for one layer?
20:13:30 Jun 18th 08 - Mr. Killer: *Killer, the god of Death(this ok?) looks down at his humble servants, a hundred strong. They were armed with spoons and forks. Killer looked at the pathetic creatures in disgust. He selected one, the smartest and slyest, and appeared to it in an apparition. "I want you to order these peasants to build a beginnings of a town here, and then attack a nearby town and take it over. Make an example of one of the peasants, the one to kill will be a man, the one with the hair dyed green with grass and gooseberries, or something equally disgusting." Killer had looked pensively onwards when he saw this ugly man dying his head earlier, staining his clothes, none would have none the evil thought passing through his mind. All went well, the servant of Killer sacrificed the "green haired" man, hammering a kinfe through his ribs with a hammer. He had no relatives, and nobody wept. The people started building huts.* Town: None
20:32:15 Jun 18th 08 - Mr. Tharaman: ... Yeah, God of Death is okay. And God of Sp@m would be fun. xD Anyhowzers..... I'm not sure what god bonus you'd get Killer xD but... whatever. Maybe you kill more in battle.
And that reminds me, I need to put conquest in. I'll put walls in with conquest. (just so you know we can invade each others colonies which are ones they took over from and NPC. you can invade the capital only when the one you're invading doesn't care.)

12:58:04 Jun 19th 08 - Mr. Tharaman: [Septim, you get faster research. Ironic, yeah, that and some other stuff that might come with later updates. ;-D Cavalry.] UPDATE: Wood Camp provides 1k lumber a day. Mine provides 1k raw ores a day along with 1k stone. Mines also have the option to halt prospecting ores to increase stone production to 2k. Vice versa to increase ore production. Each smithy needs 1k ore to produce 500 metal. From now one, and new building types will require wood to build. For now, all existing buildings do not require that. Wood Walls: Requires 3000 wood. 1000 pezzies, 10k gold. Provides 300 def. Takes 5 posts to complete. Stone Walls: Requires 6000 stone from mines. 1000 pezzies. 15k gold. Provides 500 def. Takes 10 posts to complete. Spears cost 10 gold each. Bows cost 5 gold each. Sparta begins to train a regiment. The God of War orders 100 spears and 100 bows from eBay and trains soldiers.
