Alright, everyone is promoted one grade, apart from Deathuelf(you're already earning quite a bit of money) and Might(he needs to wait until the first to even have a chance of getting into power...)

The taxes are to be paid on Sundays each week, for housing and ordinary taxes, which is 200 gold. That's quite expensive I know, but that's why I gave you 1,000 gold :)

00:42:24 Apr 29th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

While on patrol in the industrial district, Charley hears sounds of shouting and power tools being used. He looks around a corner and sees men with masks cutting a hole in the side of a factory and overhears plans for taking people hostage. They are carrying pistols and semi-automatic weapons. Charley calls for backup, but decides to get closer to see if he is able of doing anything atm. He hears sirens in the distance approaching so he takes his chances and pulls out his standard issue 9mm pistol. He screams "POLICE! FREEZE!" and that was quickly followed by bullets flying towards him. Charley then pivoted on his foot and fired a spread of 5 rounds at the 8 gunmen. One bullet grazed the head of one of them, knocking him out cold. Another bullet struck another straight in the chest killing him. Police cars were coming down the street followed by a SWAT truck. Charley started rushing across the road firing as he went and took another 2 men down. Seconds later he felt pain rip across his entire body. He had been hit by several bullets in the chest, stomach, and legs. He dropped to the ground and was lying on his side for several minutes just hearing gunfire and an officer ran over to him telling him it was over. Charley then closed his eyes.....and did not open them again as he breathed his last breath.

Septim is teaching class when he hears gunfire, he tells the kids to go under their desks, but it is too later, a man runs in and mows every last one of the children down. Septim goes into a blind rage, he tackles the man, grabs his pistol, and shoves it into the man's mouth, a shot rings out down the halls. Septim picks up the pistol, turns the safety on, and shoves it in his waistline on the back. He then picks up the MP5 sub machine gun the man was carrying and shoulders it. Afterwards he rises and looks out the door. Primortal instincts alive and fiery inside of Septim, he jumps out and grabs an enemy, he begins strangling him with his bare hands, as the last bit of life leaves him he snaps his neck. Septim picks up the flak vest the man was wearing and puts it on, he then grabs the enemy's combat knife, he turns a corner and jams the knife down an enemy's throat, he twists it and the enemy falls to the ground. Septim picks up another knife and into the principal's office, he sees the principal being used as a human shield for the enemy leader.

"Don't shoot...you ain't trained", says the enemy.

Septim throws a knife, hitting the enemy in the face. The principal walks over to Septim, Septim turns around, and walks outside with the principal, the police surrounding the building are in awe at the bloodied man before them.

"I don't know who you are...but you did a hell of a job", says the highest ranking policeman.

Septim continues walking to his hotel room, where he takes off the flak vest, drops his knives, and puts the guns on his bed. He will from this day be known...as the Executioner.

Septim cleans his guns and knives, and makes scabbards for his knives, he puts one on his left arm and one on his right ankle. He then holsters the pistol, and slings the MP5 across his back. He walks out wearing a trenchcoat to cover his many weapons, and begins hunting criminals.

Septim walks into an alley where he sees a man stealing a woman's purse. Septim grabs the man and shoves his face into the wall, he then pulls out a knife and shoves it into the back of his skull, he turns to the woman.

"You've saved my life", she says.

Septim says nothing, and she walks off, Septim then takes the man's wallet.

"You need to make a living somehow...", says Septim as he takes the cash, he then shoves the wallet back into the dead man's pocket and walks off.

[[OOC: I wear leather gloves and my hair magically doesn't fall out, so the police can't trace me, nor do they want to, I do a hell of a job]]

17:25:47 Apr 30th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim the Executioner approaches a weapons transaction between a group of three and a group of two. Septim hides behind a canister and prepares his MP5, he begins firing at the group, hitting two and grazing a third, he hides behind the canister before they can find who was firing at them and moves to another position, from there he begins firing, hitting the final two, the grazed one tries to get away, but he is shot in the back. Septim approaches the weapons crate and opens them up to find three PSG1 sniper rifles, ten beretta handguns, three SPAS-12 shotguns, three Uzi submachine guns, two M4 assault rifles, and the final crate has ten military grade pairs of binoculars with night vision modes. Septim loads the crates into the back of a transport truck and puts a tarp over them before going and buying an apartment with the money found in the wallets of the five men, he loads the crates in and puts each weapon on his wall. He modifies his MP5 with a silencer, a scope, and longer clips. He modifies his M4 with a scope, a barrel magazine, and hollow point rounds. He modifies his handguns with silencers. He modifies his PSG1 with a silencer, a better scope, a larger clip, and laser sight. He modifies his shotgun with a clip and a butt. Septim mounts his modifies ones on the walls, and keeps his unmodified guns in a storage shed.

03:22:20 May 6th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim approaches Rosolini Tower, home to the notorious mafia boss Salvatore Rosolini. Septim has a flak vest, ten grenades, two C4 charges, a M4 assault rifle, two handguns, two Uzis, and a pair of binoculars. He walks in the front door wearing his long black raincoat to hide his weapons and armor. He approaches a security guard and covertly pulls out a pair of scissors. He snips the cardkey away by it's band and approaches the elevator, he slides the card in and has the elevator go to the highest floor possible, which is two floors below Rosolini's. Septim readies his silenced beretta handgun and begins killing security guards (which are all loyal mafiosos) and hides each body in a storage room, he wraps a plastic bag around each one's head before hiding them to prevent the blood from going everywhere. After the floor is clear he goes to the next one using the stairs and repeats the process, but at the next floor he is noticed. One man opens fire, and Septim draws one Uzi and jumps behind a wall, he begins blindfiring, hitting a few security guards, above the gunfire Septim can hear Rosolini yelling curse words. Septim finally finishes off the security guards with three holes in his vest and approaches Rosolini's office with his assault rifle ready. He kicks the door open and aims his gun at Rosolini, whom is a middle aged man, he is holding a pistol, he fires and hits Septim's chest. Septim falls to the ground, as the mafia boss approaches Septim, Septim draws a shotgun and hits the mafia boss in the chest, he flies back and lands on his back. Septim approaches him. And shoots a hole in the window, as the wind blows Septim drags Rosolini's near dead body to the window and throws it out. The body plummets down and lands in the middle of the street below. Septim then walks over to the safe on the wall and plants a small strip of C4 on the lock, it explodes and Septim grabs a small microchip, he puts it in his pocket and walks over to the laptop computer on Rosolini's desk and puts it in his duffel bag as well. Septim turns around to see a man wearing a brown raincoat standing in the doorway.

"Hello Executioner...or should I say, Septim?", asks the detective.

Septim stands speachless, not having talked to anybody in months.

"I am Agent Edson of the Crime Prevention Division, or CPD...we have been tracking you for a while. I was assigned to follow you today, and I have found that you have killed the CEO of RosCorp and have caused the deaths of at least thirty security officers..."

"I did it for a good cause", says Septim.

"Do not interupt me, I was going to tell you good work, now, the KPD does sanction vigilantes", said Edson.

"I do not want to be sanctioned...", says Septim.

"I wouldn't want to be either, now get outta here", says Edson.

Septim walks off through the doors and into a door at the right that reads armory, he finds an advanced assault rifle and an advanced combat armor. He grabs the assault rifle and stuffs it into a duffel bag, he puts the combat ar*beep* and walks to the elevator, he descends down to the lobby and is confronted by five mafia bodyguards. He sets off a charge that detonates in a trash can next to them and they go flying, Septim then walks outside, into the subway station, and back home.

Later that day Septim discovers that the microchip contains bank accounts all across the world. Septim takes the three billion dollars and puts it into many different banks. Septim then buys a large armored car, a house in the forests outside of Killer City, and enough weapons to fill a storage shed. Septim creates a friendship with Agent Edson, who covers for Septim's work.

21:56:36 May 6th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

There was a man who was the brother of the late Police Officer Charley Thomas Tensen. His name was Charley Hunter Tensen, and he and his brother shared the same name. He had no wife, no child, and he wanted to take revenge on the killers. He grabbed his revolver and went to attack the man he thought was responsible for the murders, a local club owner named Augson Hayes. He broke in and ran up to his office. He then aimed his gun at him and was about to fire when shots are heard downstairs, followed by screams of panic.&nb*beep*an walked in wearing highly advanced combat armor (including a mask that provides night vision, thermal vision, and oxygen supplies, that disguise him) and holding an AAR (advanced assault rifle). The man shot Hayes three times in the chest, and as Hayes died in his chair the way the brother did, the armored man approached Charley and he rifle butted the him in the face and Charley knew no more. He then woke up in a basement in some unknown area.....and awaited his fate

The armored man from before approaches Charley, his armor black as midnight, only his visor remains the original silver color.

"I am the Executioner, a vigilante, I do not wait for police to take down the bad guys, I kill them myself. I follow the old code of Hammurabi, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, if one murders or orders the murder of one, I murder him, if one rapes, I make sure he can never rape again. Now, I will ask you one question, would you like to join me?"

*Charley looked at this man and felt that if he would do any good....it was with this Executioner. He stood and gave his answer*

"I will join you"

07:57:34 May 7th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

"Alright then", says Septim as he goes out of the room, a minute later he comes back with a beretta handgun and a kevlar vest.

"Take this, if you prove you can use it I may give you something better", says Septim, "I have a target range set up outside, along with a training room down the hall, you will be living in the house outside..."

[[OOC: The training course has a treadmill, a benchpress, and a mat for pushups and situps, the shooting range has three targets, one at medium range, one at short range, one at long range. There is also a library that has books on many subjects, and your room has a bed and a dresser.]]

13:42:05 May 7th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

Charley takes the beretta and the kevlar vest and looks around his house. He practices at the target range, starting with the close targets and moving to long range. He then did the training course before going to the library and reading for the rest of the day.

02:17:21 May 8th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim walks up to Charley while he is reading.

"The mafia is having a drug transaction with Columbian coke dealers...lets go", says Septim.

Septim walks out to his black sedan with Charley and they get in. Septim drives out and over to Pier 63 where he sees three mobsters and four Columbians meeting, Charley makes a move to get out, but Septim stops him.

"Just wait", says Septim, noticing three snipers getting into position, they begin opening fire on the mobsters and the three are cut down instantly, three sedans drive up and four mobsters get out of each one, the Columbians and the Mobsters fight, and eventually the mobsters win with only three left standing, Septim gets out of the sedan and takes out his PSG1, he tosses Charley a hunting rifle with a scope and two clips, Septim then takes aim.

04:26:09 May 8th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

*Charley then takes aim and fires off his first shot just skimming the top of one of the mobsters heads and quickly fires off a second turning his face into a bloody mess. He then turned to fire at others if any still lived*

04:36:25 May 8th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim had already shot the other two in the head.

"Good ones, the police are on there way, so lets get out of here..."

Septim gets in with Charley and drives off, upon arriving at the house Septim turns to Charley.

"Good work out there today, keep that sniper rifle, do a bit of practice and you'll be pretty good", says Septim before getting out of the black sedan, he locks in and walks into the house.

21:27:48 May 8th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

*Charley from then on spent 4 hours each day practicing with the sniper rifle, 4 hours with his beretta, 4 studying tactics and strategy. He then spent a final 4 hours doing the training course. The final 8 hours he spent sleeping so that he would be alert whenever he was awake and not slow.*

23:25:48 May 8th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim drives off a week later and comes back with a sack, he takes it into his shed and takes out a large italian man, he pushes him into a wooden chair and straps him up. Septim puts on a balaclava before taking the blindfold off, he then gets Charley and has him put a balaclava on. After an hour of torturing him, Septim finally gets the locations of all mafia bases.

"Alright, kill him", says Septim before walking off.

The Italian man looks up at Charley.

"I am sorry! Please, spare me!", yells the capo.

02:06:48 May 9th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

*Charley aims with his pistol and fires without hesitation....the capo dies with a bullet between his eyes*

04:05:19 May 9th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim leads Charley to the sedan, which he gets into.

"C'mon", he says.

Charley gets in and Septim drives off to a warehouse on the outskirts of town. Septim turns off his lights on the approach and gets out, he hands Charley an Uzi and four clips. Septim loads his AAR and approaches the gate, he plants C4 on the gate and runs back, the gate explodes and Septim runs up and takes cover on the left side of the hole, he pulls a fiber optic cable from the scope of the gun and looks through it while blindfiring, hitting around five men out of fifty veteran mafiosos.

18:04:25 May 9th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

Charley moved to the rear of the warehouse and watched as 5 mafiosos rushed out, ready to ambush their attacker. Charley gunned them down and then moved to the rear door firing at the exposed backs of the men inside, taking down another 5 leaving about 35 men left fighting. He reloaded and continued firing, until the mafiosos realized that they were being attacked from the rear and shifted some men to cover their backs. Heavy fire peppered the doorway and Charley fired a few more rounds before finding a ladder to the roof and firing from the windows above.

23:24:30 May 9th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim uses his grenade launcher to take out a group of ten before jumping out from cover and mowing down five more. He is shot three times, but the bullets have as little effect on the armor as a mosquite biting steel. Septim throws a grenade and mows down the ten that dart from cover, he throws another grenade which takes out the next five. He walks to the rear of the warehouse to find that Charley had taken care of the final five.

"Alright, lets see what's in the boxes...", says Septim as he approaches them.

Septim opens them up to find guns, drugs, and money. About two million dollars in cash, a hundred kilograms of cocain, and enough firepower to take on an army. Septim takes an AK-47 from the crate and hands it to Charley, he then pulls a cell phone out and calls Agent Edson, Edson arrives in a large transport truck and loads the weapons onto the truck for the Army, he drives off and Septim takes the money, he sets C4 on the drug crates and walks outside with Charley, he gets into the sedan and drives off, the C4 goes off five minutes later and destroys the entire warehouse. Septim drives back to his house and gets out, he hands a thousand dollars to Charley.

"That's payment for your work...", says Septim before walking into his house, he hides the money in a stash to be used for ammunition restocking and certain sevices to be used in his fight and goes up to his room.

02:59:24 May 10th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

Charley takes his one thousand dollars and puts it in his piggy bank in his room (=p) he then takes the AK-47 he was given and fit it into his practicing routine

06:15:57 May 10th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

Septim walks out the following night with two duffel bags and gets into his sedan.

"Hey Charley! C'mere", says Septim.

Charley approaches Septim.

"Get your things together, we're going to Vos City...", says Septim...

Septim boards Septim's private jet he bought with some of the three billion dollars and goes to Vos City, where Septim rents two rooms under the name Gerald Hunter. Septim unloads one duffel bag onto his bed to reveal a PSG1, an AAR, two Colt 1911s, two Uzis, and a spas shotgun. He cleans his weapons and maintains them before doing his workout routine, he then walks over to Charley's room and knocks.

"Hey...get ready..."

Septim walks back to his room, where he holsters his Colt 1911s at his hip, his Uzis on his chest, his PSG1 in it's case (which looks like a briefcase), his AAR is compacted on his left leg, and his shotgun is across his back. He also has plenty of ammunition in his sedan and on his person. Septim has his body ar*beep* under his long raincoat and has his helmet ready to put on underneath. He walks over to Charley's room to find him ready and walks down to his rental car. He gets in and puts a duffel bag in the bag seat full of ammo, he then drives to the Hussovani Building in central Vos City. Upon arriving he gets out of the car and gives a wad of cash to the guard at the door, the guard gives him a card key in return. Septim then walks over to an elevator and enters, on his person he carries a small device that disables all cameras, so the elevator camera is rendered useless. Septim and Charley take the elevator to the seventy fifth floor, three floores below the top. Septim walks out and one guard, a fat italian capo, approaches him.

"I don't know yous, and I knows everybody....", says the Capo suspiciously.

Septim wastes no time in drawing his 1911 and blowing a large hole in the Capo's head. Septim jumps behind cover, and Charley does so instinctively as well. Septim puts on his helmet and draws his AAR, he then hooks the fiber optic cable into the scope and aims it around the corner. He sees ten guards leaning out, and turns on the X-ray, he then sees another twelve hiding behind cover, he turns the X-ray goggles off and pulls out one of his five grenades, he throws it down the hallway and the people dart from cover, Septim blows them all away and jumps from cover, anybody who jumps out his mowed down by either Septim or Charley, Septim goes up one floor and sees two routes.

"I take left...", says Septim before running down the left passage.

Septim sees a large amount of guards and five defense turrets with heat seeking rounds, Septim turns on the armor's heat masking device and activates a control on his small electronic device. The turrets begin blowing away the mafiosos, whom have no idea why the electronic equiptment turned on them, Septim presses another button after the turrets finish their job and the turrets turn off. Septim walks down the hallway to see that the right and left path meet and sees Charley.

15:25:05 May 10th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

Charley heard Septim say "I take left" and he promptly said "I got right then" and he headed quickly to the right while hearing gunfire from behind him. He was about to turn a corner when he ran into a pack of mafiosos apparently coming to flank Septim. Charley luckily had his uzi out and mowed all 5 of them down in their shock.

He then saw a doorway to his right and slid an optic cable underneath. There were 2 mafiosos next to the door with their guns out, 3 behind a large conference table that they tipped over, and two standing without cover on either side. Charley placed a charge, one used by special forces for breaching rooms, and blew the door in right after drawing his AK-47.

The two mafiosos on the sides were killed instantly, the two without cover were blinded by the flash of light, and one behind the table had his head taken off by a flying door. Charley ran straight in and jumped over the table blasting the two hiding mafiosos. He then spun in a 360* circle killing the final two mafiosos who were blind. Charley then picked up some weapons and walked out of the room down the hall only seeing one more mafiosos and he got his head cut off by Charley.

The hallway met up and Charley saw Septim.

17:39:19 May 10th 08 - Prince Gorris Septim:

"Follow me", he says quietly.

Septim goes quietly down the hall and activates the silencer on his gun, he sees two soldiers walking down the hall and shoots one in the head, Charley gets the other. They reach the stairwell and go up two more floors, where the office of Don Machivelli Hussovani is. Septim runs through, shooting every enemy he sees, Charley does not have advance armor, so he takes cover and fires from there. After killing every guard they find they approach the Don's office. He runs into the bathrooms, where Septim begins kicking open doors to find him, at the third to last door the Don stands upon the toilet seat.

"I am a powerful man, I will pay you a lot of money to spare me, please", says the Don.

Septim fires a shot between his eyes and walks out to the office, he looks down out the window to see a large amount of Vos City Police Officers standing behind cars, and Septim thinks for a moment before getting an idea, but he has business first. Septim grabs the laptop from the Don's desk and begins hacking all encrypted files, he finds the combination for the safe on the wall and puts it in, he finds a stack of thousand dollar bills, but he is not interested in those, he finds a small computer chip and grabs it. He then turns and goes down two floors to combat developement, where he finds two small devices and two suits of infiltration armor. Septim puts the infiltration ar*beep* and stuffs his combat armor in a bag, he has Charley do the same, he then throws Charley a device, Septim attaches it to his leg, and he becomes invisible.

"It's cloaking software...", says Septim.

After Charley puts his on Septim leads him down the hall where he finds weapon developement, he grabs ten ADCs (Advanced Demolition Charges) and walks out. They reach ground floor in the elevator and walk out. The police don't see them as they walk right out, three blocks down they get into the rental car and drive off to the hotel room, where they collect their items. They then go to the private jet and leave Vos City.

Back in Killsberg they go to the house, Septim goes up to his office, sets the laptop down, and puts the chip into a specialized slot. Bank account numbers and values come up, in total they are worth over five billion dollars. Septim has them empty into many different bank accounts, and many others after that, and finally into his bank accounts. Septim then goes down to Charley and gives him the stack of thousand dollar bills, worth around one hundred thousand.

"Go buy yourself something nice, if you want something really nice, talk to Agent Edson at the Crime Prevention Division offices, he has some nice things..."

22:12:57 May 10th 08 - Mr. Charley II:

After talking to Agent Edson and "borrowing" some assault weapons and body armor, Charley headed back to train some more with his new "toys." He planned on visiting the Killsberg Weapons Developement Division in the future since he heard about some rather nice equipment being worked on, that was due to be completed soon. Charley then waited for the next job.

Powered Assault Armor - 10 billion doll*beep*ven an artillery shell cannot penetrate this suit of armor that is centuries ahead of it's time, it is fitted with stealth equiptment as well, but it is hardly needed...)

Advanced Assault Armor - 400,000 dollars (nothing short of a rocket launcher can damage this armor...)

Infiltration suit - 100,000 dollars (built more for sneaking than combat, it can also be fitted with a stealth device for an extra 50,000)

Flak suit - 200,000 dollars (it takes a lot of rounds to get through this tough suit of armor)

Flak vest - 50,000 dollars (covers only the vital organs)

Kevlar suit - 100,000 dollars (not as effective as flak, but it works)

Kevlar vest - 25,000 dollars (standard for police officers in crime infested areas)

Assault rifles

Plasma Propulsion Rifle - 12 billion dollars (burns through even powered assault armor...)

Advanced Assault Rifle - 450,000 dollars (high penetration, accuracy, and reliability, one of the best guns out there.)

M4 - 100,000 dollars - (You can attach almost anything to this widely used weapon, scope - 10,000, laser sight - 2,000, grenade launcher - 30,000, grip - 1,000, drum magazine - 10,000)

AK-47 - 50,000 - When it was first made, it was called the best assault rifle in the world, and even today it is a reliable weapon.

Sniper rifles

Long range plasma projection weapon - three billion dollars - A long range weapon that shoots superheated projectiles...it hurts.

PSG1 - 75,000 - Made in the seventies after the Munich crisis, only four hundred exist in the US today, but it is still a great rifle.

Druganov - 50,000 - A Russian sniper rifle, it works for most purposes.

Pistols

Colt M11911 - 60,000 - Standard issue sidearm for US armed forces from 1911 to 1985, it was widely used in World War 1, World War 2, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, it is rated by many the best pistol out there.

Beretta - 30,000 - A decent enough gun.

Glock - 10,000 - One of the most widely used pistols in the world, built for mass production.

Septim and Ernie (namechange due to fear of the mob? :-D) go to Gerov, a city in Russia, where the mansion of the Russian Mafia's leader Sergei Vostov lies. Septim steals a tank from a nearby Russian armory and shoots a shell into the building, blowing most of it up, and shoots another one into another building used to house guards, Septim rides in and blows up everybody with Ernie at the machine gun before getting out and walking into the ruins, he finds the Don running away, having been outside when the shell hit, and snipes him with his PSG-1. When the Russian police arrive, Septim and Ernie are gone...

Some citizens fear he will turn to the other side soon, but he never does, he keeps his anger and bloodlust focused on criminals.
