The most prestigious of all VU IRC channels. The channel that has given birth to, and has cradled, the best kingdom of all time. Nurtured from the #mafia third nipple, the kingdom of Legacy has suckled, and eventually flourished under #mafia's motherly oversight.

As Legacy passed on into adolescence, so did #mafia, it's mood reflecting both their development, and growth from prepubescence. As Legacy grew older, #mafia too, became more detached and isolated, and grumpy -- preferring its own company, shunning outsiders. #Mafia turned secretive, withdrawn, access to its domain was eventually granted to only a select few. #Mafia turned into the "secretive" channel of the Legacians, the hub of Legacy activities and decision making, an organisation within the shadows. Secrecy is paramount, no living creature outside the inner Legacian circle knows what goes on behind the curtains, other than the few public disclosures that are handed out from time to time to entice the inquisitive proletariat into the goings on and policies of Legacy. And you ask, what happens to those who dare try enter? Well, they either face the dreaded AKICK, or the glaring gates, barring their entrance.

But, this is all soon to change. As of Summer 2007, #mafia will be opening its doors, putting down its guard-dogs and pulling the doors down -- just for you guys. Weekdays from 8am, to 6pm, #mafia will be open to visitations and tours. Tourguides, specialised in Legacian history, will be provided to show avid-Legacy fans around the #mafia complex, and to give detailed information on its current usage and history. It is a fun day out for the entire family, so be sure not to miss it.
