Umm, no.  That would mean that he has been inactive for 5.92 real years, so nearly 6 years.  If he was dead for all that time, he would have been deleted since he is not a donator, meaning, you're full of crap.

He could have donated and just not have gotten a different title.  Since titles are lame anyway.=looks like your partly correct.

But his title could be Black Sabbath.

When I made my donation Zeta made my title and name The Swedish chef = I just had my title and no name. so its pretty much possible to get what you want as long there is no offensive title/name .

The "Mr." thing right after the 1 and before it says "Troll" is where you can see what your title is.  If you have donated, and have a title then it would show up there.  If "Black Sabbath" was his title, it would show up there and just not show anything under name.  But since it shows that he has a title of Mr. he as not donated.

Also, if that is not enough, I did some sleuthing and found his kingdom:

It says right there when this Kingdom was created and it was roughly 2 MONTHS ago, not 6 years...  For him to be in this kingdom, he would have had to have been active sometime after the kingdom was created in order to join it, thus making it impossible for him to have been inactive for a period of more than 2 months...  I say once again, he is full of crap...

Well, it was just a stupid joke that I didn't care much about.  However when Brashen came in, everything changed and it became a small battle of sorts.  If the rest of you would have said the same thing, i wouldn't have cared much, but coming from Brashen, it was a challenge... =P
