Honour is what makes our relation and politics system work. It's the thing that you gain by acting nice, and lose by acting stupid. Good kingdom has a lot of honour, thats one of the reasons the survive so long.

Honourable kingdoms often target dishonourable kingdoms because of just that reason.

Some dishonourable things

Breaking a non aggression pact, unless it was a set time, or you follow the terms that might have had a time limit for breaking it, unbreakable naps shall therefor never be terminated.
Leaving your kingdom during the era, unless your leader thinks it's a good idea and it will help both your kingdom and the new kingdom you are joining. But leaving because it's going bad in the kingdom you are in is very dishonourable.
Talk with people like you intend to make relation with them, and then when you are ready for war, you kill them.
Telling lies.

Some honourable things

Aiding a naped kingdom even though you are not obligated to.
Cherish your relations as they were your own mother.
Beeing nice, this will make people like you, really.
Staying away from the dishonourable things list.

Imagine how much more interesting this game would be if the established kingdoms where more dishonorable. Whenever your naped now your 100% sure that it will be honored dealing with established kds, it woulds be fun if some veterans could accually do the hard thing and be more aggressive and backstabbing.

I like how everyone honors NAP's and other diplomatic relations, but the reason is not always "honor" sometimes they are afraid of getting a bad reputation and being called backstabbers, which will make more KD's hate you and want to destroy you.

But, I've seen very elaborate plans to break a NAP and such, which is dishonorable but the KD that does it always has an "excuse" for breaking the NAP, and blame it on others. So you are not always 100% sure.

It would be exiting if more people were KD-less, of if Kingdoms were smaller in numbers, because with the unison of all world, big Kingdoms have grown to unconfortable sizes, and that calls for less team work unless they are divided into groups.. which lowers efficiency (or concentration of forces).

If all Kingdoms were from 1-10 members.. it would be great.. lots of fun and a bit more interesting diplomacy (since there are many more Kingdoms).

He means, if you know your NAP is going to be broken.. then don't make one in the first place!.. this makes me want to move to Latha, since I am basically alone (the only other person in the KD besides me is inactive :P) It would be fun to be in that chaos. Without worrying about Rebirth, Fate, Dorian Empire, MAD.. and all the other big KD's who want to plunder me.

^ They are not even close to me, but you get what I mean.. if they saw me they would plunder me.
