and why exactly are you discussing a NAP with someone who is NOT a Viceroy?

This is exactly why we need viceroys back as they used to be. Theres a thread on viceroys in the sugg forum, ZeTa has ignored it for several eras though.

eventhough I agree that having visible vices would make life easier this case is not about that. its about agurkas being retarded:

Terms of NAP 1. Not attacking members of the other kingdom. 2. Not placing army's in other kingdoms territory, unless it's a military assistance. 3. Granting passage through gates if required. 4. Members who brake this NAP must be punished, with the help from other kingdom if necessary. 5. In case of breaking a NAP, having a 24H ceasefire. If you don`t like rules said whats not good so we can discusing about that

Hahaha, thanks joseph that last 1 made me chuckle.

If you want people not to attack you, use diplomacy (politely) and build up your army at the same time.

It doesn't mean by talking randomly/casually, you would have peace. Speak to someone with authorithy and confirm the NAP.

You better learn from your mistakes.

Well, usually, when you capture someone else's city, that's your declearation of war. Surprise or not, every turn is an hour, it should be plenty to see an army come.

Falazar you should have told Agurkas that he shouldn't be talking to you about the NAP and referred him to a viceroy.

oh well i took an army of theirs down while they killed me anyway the have crap mil level so if you have a good one just build your army up and kick their ass, anyway falazar is too kind for his kingdom

You had quite a few scouts headed out north, we didnt harass or bother any of them....

Unfort I do feel for you guys, it is really just impossible to play as newb or small kingdoms in Fantasia... I suggest you hooking up with one of the main kingdoms or procticing some more in the other worlds.... I can put in a good word for anyoen thats not cussing or screaming for a good KD :}

Lelouch... I told him I would pass it up the chain, and I did.   It doesnt mean I want talk and entertain ideas of naps and peace... I always do that... The final say so just may not be up to me, yet.

Let me guess Agurkas.  You're from Lithuania.  Does this ring any enormous alarm bells with anyone?  Remember the house full of multis who seriously peed me off the era before last?  They were totally unable to understand what a NAP was as well.

Surely they couldn't be the same house full of multis could they.....

Go away Agurkas or Suajintas or whatever your name is ths era and learn how to play and how to do diplomacy.  Far as I know you've been playing for quite some time now and every era it's the same - you can't communicate properly with anyone so you end up attacking your allies or thinking you are friends with your enemies.  Were you lot Lithuania Ordin originally?  You weren't any better back then.

@ Soccerplaya, Dont kount on others to Kill your enemies. Situasions change all the time. So do it whit your own KD or whit close allies.
