just like to say either dark is dishonourable or a completely disorganized KD.

Firstly a member, asks for an alliance, I go to the leaders, they say they don't want an alliance at this time but agree to stay neutral. No hostile actions will be taken towards me or my kingdom.

The next day. member of dark is seiging my kingdom mates blocker. and a merge and a 5k army is bearing down on another of my kingdom mates cities.

I PM the leadership to see what is wrong with this... and i am told that they have declared war upon my kingdom. This with a 5k army withing 4 ticks of my kingdom mates city and the blocker under seige.

I say as a word of warning, don't take Darks word at face value. wether it is a case of exreme disorginisation or just plain deceit i don't know. All i do know is that it isn't right.

this KD consists completely of *beep*s. This being said we train only lvl1"s and build rainbows.

@Nub:What you agreed to with Dark(no hostile actions etc.)is what I would call a NaP. Just saying that you wont attack doesn't say anything. Getting a real agreement at least protects you against a few of the backstabbers around here ;)

The member had no authority to approach you for any type of negotiation and apparently hasn't been looking at waypoint flags set up in Valhalla that shows what are the priority targets there.

Your KD is not a priority target (which means it's not safe but they should be going after primary targets before eyeing up your cities) to my knowledge and I haven't heard that we declared war on your KD but I'll check with our leader to see if a war declaration was made.

From what I have been able to tell, a member without the authority to, offered NAP
You contacted leadership and asked them what was up...the leader (VQ) and the Vices so far have said they have barely heard of you let alone talked about this issue.

So, I have no desire to start finger pointing, b/c even tho I'm American, and we usually like to jump to opinions without many of the facts, we clearly do not have all the info here, so please contact me, Delerium, or VQ and we can sort out what miscommunications may have occurred...

From what I see here, you have left Dark with few options, Ms. Nub.

If Dark is an honourable kingdom, you have besmirched our honour, and now we must attack you. On the other hand, if Dark is dishonourable, we'll attack anyway.

If Dark is disorganized, it doesn't matter what the leaders say; messages won't reach players in time, and you'll be attacked. Alternatively, if Dark is organized, see my comment about honour.
