spoke to under dogs about them settling in the south , as they are also enemies of Mad , in return for an ERA long NAP with them we may allow them to drop a few income cities behind our defensive lines , stay prepping the city , with a smaller force if you need them men , incase they do not agree. Its a kingdom full of active and experienced players , would be a great help in a fight against MAD.
