| 17:16:36 Jul 18th 08 - Pirate Lewatha: The %P is how much % some kingdom is stronger or weaker than your own. So if you take some weak-nub kingdom for example. it's %P will for exemple, be 35%. That means that that kingdom is only 35% as strong as yours. If someone is 200% your power, that kingdom is double as strong as you.
and since you're always as strong as yourself, your kingdom's %P always stays at 100. | ||||
