No kingdoms on Fant were new players. So idk. The Bakers? lol The Stalin Award for Most Ruthless: Ruthless and destructive kind-of go hand in hand. I'd say FEAR again. So were a few others on our side. I usually see Glad having amazing tactics, but I didn't really pay much attention to that front. On the FEAR side it's not exactly easy to see good tactics cause I only went solo against a few of them. I guess their magic users. Endless, (Nova from FATE), some others. The Merlin Award for Best Magic User: Zond was pretty good. Xpumpx, iron, good. But I love Endless so she's up there as well. Idk, hard to say exactly who's BEST when you can't see everyone.
