I presume that Zeon and Poofs have come to some sort of diplomatic arrangement, given how intermixed their original cities are, and the fact that Zeon has the spare resources to have three players maintain satellite oop cities in our core (with their economics elsewhere). Given the results of last era, I can't say that I blame them. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
