No, there is less action, stalemates happen, and the politics is mired between two to three kds. I'm currently balancing diplomacy with 6 different kds. there's juggling and movement, not some large meat grinder stuck in place for half an era.

fant actually takes skill. and yes, we are all "arrogant, rude, and unsociable" :)

I am NOT saying you are not skilled. and I do have a bit of humility with my 1-man kd, I can't take on anyone directly with one man, and I have found play on Zeta much more fun than Fant. (where I got spanked by Dark Blood, thanks for the lesson, guys). I am speaking with various member of many kds, including FU, GAUL, DOG, AC, and I was the Horde and another KD who's long gone. So, back to the main point: Yes, Fantasia takes skill, but many, not all of the players on there are 'arrogant, rude, and unsociable.'

unsociable with who? i havent met many fant players who dont talk. if you dont talk big kds dont take you in very often

Well, I'm sorry but I tried looking you up under that name in both era and player histories and can't find anything. This game depends to quite a degree on reputation and a kind of "cred". It takes patience to establish that. Quite a lot in fact, about 9 - 12 months' worth, minimum. Since Fantasia is the premier server, cred is our best defence against idiocy--and being stabbed in the rear end.

Fant play reminds me a bit of Sumo wrestling. One spends ever so long "pumping" and then the actual bout is often a single bone-jarring crash; one kingdom gets thrown and the other survives. :) But there is quite some artistry and intensity to it, and loads of top-notch teamwork. More than you seem to realize.

Also, I've yet to meet a truly top-performing player who is arrogant and rude except of course when we put on a show here and then it's the whole point. ;P

thats my post count sinc ethe beggining of this era mabye some have higher but out of all the people in my KD i have teh second highest psot count second to only a eprosn who didnt change their name this era

and take in mind atleast half of those are outside KD forums

and fant does take lots of strategy and skil too ofcourse theres calculations and strategies and everything to do. Now i have been in only 1 good fant KD during my more experianced eras and that has been phi which when i joined was a new KD. We won last era but there was an era long stalemate

and enemies can become friends and friends enemies so i wouldnt say unsociable or rude i mean unless im wicked pissed im very pelasent and so are msot of the other palyers in fant.

soc ive kidan sorta made friends with epyon (the real one) we havnt talked in a while but we have beofre and all and we are stil lenemies =D

I've just got back my appetite for building huge cities filled up with cavemasters and only defend one blocker.... and keep a low profile... and hunt down Dolfyn only.
This Vendetta style of playing Orc .. i'm too old for it... and i have a girlfriend... so I think Orc is too strong for me...
But yes, I can hardly wait to get back on Fant and do some real play. Players like Nimic have nothing to say on Zeta. They just wait behind the big bad wall and let others try doing the dirty job. (for those who don't know or understand - there's nothing wrong with Nimic. Is just that his Kd is allied with another Kd and they are both stopped by my blocker and the minute i'd go for one.. the other would tear us to pieces, but neither of them would attack it)

Bobzon, don't give me that, that's bull*beep*. I did go for your blocker, and you and Speede beat me fairly and squarely. This was, what, two days ago? Did you expect me to take my army that you killed 30% off and attack again right away? I guess that shows how much you know about tactics.

Oh, and I take back the "fairly and squarely" comment. You had Speede quit his kingdom and join yours just so you could merge two armies that would otherwise have been beat.

No, but really we're not really arrogant and rude *giggles*, but we just like to flame nubs, it's our very own personal amusement, when you grow out of those mudpits you call lower worlds you can have that same right. It's ju*beep*n to flame others and watch them go crying to mama on the forum.

EDIT: Good thing you didn't play this game a few years ago, the flame war these days are very tame, there is nothing like a Z vs SE flamewar or Raist vs Swampy. You should consider yourselves lucky, otherwise you'd have removed your own eyes with a tea spoon.

Mr. Gnisis Mininus For playing Fantasia you must first join a decent KD or a good one ( recomended ) so you can se what is behind the closed doors of fantasia LOL and i would say you probly will learn manny manny things. as i only play'd 1 era outside Fantasia out of 16 era's play'd. and at first its kinda hard untill you get to know a cople of stratagies and eventualy you will enjoy Fantasia more than anny other world just coz Fantasia has more stratagie and resistance to offer.

and some ppl are rude But thats just the way the world goes a round and if you want to change that you have to start whit yourself and not make sutch a stupid topic about it coz it will have no use coz there will alway's be Rude ppl just coz thay think thay are better. trying to change it is pointless.
