There are "Rainbow" cities and there are "Smart" built cities. As long as it has max bonuses and no unneeded buildings then it's ok. It's the ones that have armories along with production buildings, tons of taverns or even warehouses with no mines that make me cry.

To those looking at both Towers, it's edited. It should read 90,000 buildings and the gold and stone are swaped around. Would be 90k gold and 70k stone. Not the way it shows and food/tree/gold/stone is all based on No science researched. =) Ohh and the population should be 0% with no pezies.

I took a colony called Arua, but I fixed it, so it's ok now, but when I took it it was 15% farm, 15% lumbers, 20% mines, and 40% homes and 10% armories

Maybe instead of complaining about Rainbows why not try to find the source of the problem and accually idk...fix it? :o well lets see where this thought could be coming from?...in your perspective, they are just new players/*beep*s who are just stupid and think they need everything in one city and think its more convinient to build all in one city so they have a little of everything...right? but here is the real truth....maybe 80% of vu do not use IRC...and most 95% of new players who join vu dont either....as well, Most new players dont really read the guides either....however, Zeta tried to help out the lazy new players too..so he put a little help guideline in the news in the new player world telling them what to do to beat it...ok...good for him and his intelligence...however there are several problems of which...one is a Rainbow city... so there is your source... the new players are told what to do...and if you thought of new players as babies...they dont know any better..so do not blame them, for they are only doing as they were thought... thanks
