So this era only House Baratheon is a large kingdom,

If collective disbanded theres alot of free agents

I assume all of those bling armies are coming for my elk city, haha scary =) and i thought people should be afraid of us and wait until we attack, thats not how it all goes down in the book....

I do not like this map.

This is my first time playing it and I have a city not far from the mountains with 60,000 mines that doesn't get any mining bonus.  I kind of like the oasis/desert theme but I don't like how lumber is done.

As for this Era, I have high hopes. House Baratheon is numerous and strong, but our enemies in Forgotten Warriors and the vanquished White Walkers are powerful for their size and respectable.

The information we gather are sort of conflicting
House Baratheon is first, with a decent lead, have been for a while
If you take a look at battles:

House Baratheon
Battles won: 56
Battles lost: 71

Forgotten Warriors
Battles won: 65
Battles lost: 12

Which is slightly confusing, due to Baratheon having the lead
Out of 6 people on HoH, 4 are Baratheon and 2 are Forgotten Warriors

So give us some information, who did House Baratheon lose so much against?
What is the situation, did anyone break into anyone's cores? Where are you guys at this moment?

Baratheon were in our crater for most of the era and took towns in the other three. We recently kicked them out of our crater and now we have armies in their original core. Waiting to see if any other big Baratheon armies appear.

This hasn't changed much since protection.

Agreed that FW has dominated Mant, but its high time for that to end.

You really expect Forgotten Warriors to change the name they have been using for the last 600 years? They will not change the name, not to mention RoC is also coming back, not a GoT name, and I am also trying to see if I can get enough people in Collective, people are not going for that theme on this world. Try it on Valhalla or maybe even Zeta? 

What was the deciding factor this era on Mantrax?

Planning and timing.

After taking over 3/4 of Mant they had the econ to match the armies we sent at them. Some of them did end up training stronger armies than we had, but we were already inside.

Was it an important lucky roll of the dice?

no.

Did many in Baratheons go inactive like previous era against us?

A few seemed to once we were inside their core.

How many actives did Forgotten Warrirors have this era?

We had 6 drop by mid protection. One of those had very low activity mid era for RL reasons.
A few more dropped after we made it inside their core.

Did Baratheons make a major mistake in tactic, like last era when they left our north team to take down half of their core?

They didn't overreach this era. If I was going to attack other craters I would have sent a similar number of players.

Maybe army make-up. I was seeing spammy armies for a lot longer than I expected to, and from people who I expected to send level 3/5 troops.

They had lots of spam inside our core early. Only calling that a mistake because they couldn't kill us.

We/I didn't even know arma was going to be cast let alone organise a vote. Imo it was cast early. Baratheon still have two craters!
