What if i make it that all my members do not cross your boundaries anymore, and we set the borders to be agreed between me and you - would you agree on disengaging the hostile actions?

Standard Nap terms for Guild of the Fallen 1. This NAP agreement shall be in place on (all worlds, or specify world here) 2. This NAP is to last the entire length of the era and cannot be honorably ended unless agreed upon by both ruling parties. 3. The forces of either kingdom will not engage in battle or attempt to capture each other’s cities. Nor will any magic be cast between the two kingdoms. 4. If a member of one kingdom does initiate an attack on a member of the other kingdom’s army they forfeit one city of the offended members choosing as agreed to by the Kings or their Viceroy Representatives. 5. Taking a city of the other kingdom requires the forfeiture of that city and one city as agreed to by the Kings or their Viceroy Representatives. 6. If the member continues their assault they will be removed from the kingdom and shown no support. And attacked by both sides until dead or both kingdoms agree to stop 7. Any scout or army landing on a city can be killed without reproach but will normally be given 24 ticks to move. A report showing the offense is required. 8. During the term of the NAP, if either of the Kingdoms become NAP'd or MAP'd with one of the other kingdoms enemies, the kingdom whom is NAP'd with the enemy agrees to stay neutral in any battle which involves the second kingdom. Any blockers allowing access are to be closed to both sides of the conflict to be fair. 9. Neither kingdom will accept war refugees unless agreed upon by the kingdom the player was fighting. 10. Either kingdom is allowed to have relations or make war with anyone outside the agreement without notification or repercussions from either party within the agreement. 11. Neither kingdom will move armies through core areas of the other kingdom without notification and permission. 12. Kingdom jumpers of an enemy are not covered under this treaty for a period of 72 tics (days). ( If a player that is part of an enemy kingdom or is an enemy in their own right joins or switches Kingdoms in the middle of a war, that player can still be attacked for a period of 5 days. Any armies placed in that players cities are subject to attack without retribution) As you can see, these terms have in place consequences for either side for breaking it. And if you like them and will agree to uphold them I will ensure that all terms are enforced. On this you have my word. and if you like we can even put in a 72 hour cancellation clause instead of era long. What do you say? The land in between is neutral (no buildings from both kingdoms, and no scouts and armies 2. You keep the city of Fallomira, and we keep the city of Intel 3. In case any of the members of both kingdoms wants to go through the territory of the other, they should avoid that, and seek alternative routes. In last case, the passing will be allowed only if a mutual agreement between the two leaders is reached. 4. a CF might be broken till the end of the era ONLY with 72 ticks notice, and only given by a leader to leader!!! Dragon Lord VIII owned by Mr. Dragon[GOTF] are preparing an attack on Royal Rumble Guildmaster Chade (8/13/2009 8:05:16 PM) hi mate, just loged in one hour ago - i was absent for 2 days....now i have found in our council that there was a vote to break the CF with WWF and out of 6 members of the leadership 5 are FOR and 1 AGAINST (me) the breaking. I cannot do anything else than give you the 72 ticks notice of breaking the CF. According to my watch the notice expires at 19:00 (GMT) 16th of August 2009. Frankly speaking we need to move freely through your territories as we are starting to move to the east, and diversion cost us a lot of time.... I will make sure that you are not attacked until the notice expires! So...I get prepped on, attacked, have the terms of the agreement broken within hours of it being made, and they feel that they have not acted dishonourably.

00:12:24 Dragon Lord VIII lead by Mr. Dragon attacked and took over Omashu. Due to their overwhelming power our army retreated to Wwf. We lost 0 Hobgoblins, 0 Rockthrowers, 0 Warlords, 0 Mages and 0 Berserkers and 353 peasants in the battle.


some 72 hours...dont think it was 72 minutes.

I even hold my troops back, because Chade and Polly are now in discussions, yet there players continue to attack.

Those were 2 of the 8 the past by. The rest didnt bother pm'ing to ask.
I acted within the terms of the agreement.

Just laying it out as it happened..seeing how many times their players mention the word "on my honour"...gets funny after 5 days of messaging.

because you joined sol the ceasefire ends immediately. the agreement is for the wwf kingdom not just you. just because you left your one member kingdom doesnt give you protection. and due to clause six of our agreement with sol you are still not protected

and to think i was called dishonarable by them as well brett i have many friend in gotf but i have your back on this they were dishonorable (sorry kaze dragon and chade but its true)

Brett, when u first attacking us I dont remember any notice given. You move your army burn our city when we are busy engaging Zombie You nvr call it dishonour. Non of GOTF members were talking abt war with you Brett ! Chade had been working hard for KD relationship with WWF but do u still remember how u respond him? I would say those not involved, you guys dont understand the situation. It is not fair to accuse us of being dishonour. Now those members whose city burn by you fight back, u said they are dishonour. Our attack is according to agreement. None of GOTF members attack WWF ever since when 72 hours CF agreed. However according to agreement when you switch KD you are no longer binding to the agreement. Poly have make his effort to discuss with Chade abt you. I would say both of them are honourable man, me and all of us respect them as leader. But just like Roheran said  you and your arrogance brought this on yourself. My army easily wipe up by you, we may not win this war but u cant expect us to keep tolerate you either. 

Jay. Your leader built an armoury on my doorstep. claiming it was for use against zombies. It was so far away from them, he may as well have built it inside your core. It was built inside an area we both agreed to be no mans land.
Then he said it wasnt an armoury. Until i took it, at which point he said he needed it for zombies. He then declared war, not me.

well, bro, you cant tell me that here is a no mans land, as this is the eastern border of my kingdom....i gave you a promise that no one will attack you till the end of the era, and when i say something - i really mean it...those scouts were free travelers, without any bad intentions!!! That Beacon you have just took - Peace Light - was intended armory for the zombies. I respect players boundaries, and trust me no one would have attacked you! So if you still would like to resolve this matter peacefully then i am ready to listen to your terms, and trust me they will be respected!!! If you prefer to be stubborn and just attack us, then we will have to settle everything on the battlefield! It's your call...

And one note - you might be stronger in 1 VS 1, but dont you think that if the two top kingdoms of Nirvana make a full scale attack on you, you wouldnt survive?

Big talk for not being able to kill him with more members than SIN and definitely more than WWF. ESPECIALLY Sol Invictus who (no offense brett, but..) could've taken him out in a mere week if not that then less. T_T

Yet you all claimed it was my fault because Im attacking your scouts coming through, which was strictly forbidden under the terms of the agreement, which I have laid out for all to see and judge.
So next time you want to point fingers of blame, dont send them my way.
