yeah people are like get over it. but its the fact that I have taken this city 3 times so far and even the first time I lossed with high% 5 times with 80% plus on this city . it has 20k GT . So my army was 4k naz now its this. This city does not stop revolting I put 10k ogre in it and kept putting troops in it and it still fckng revolts. Its a 150k city but still even with this nazgul army in the city it revolts , how the fck do peasents kill even one nazgul yew

If the city revolt you will lose the troops living in the city. But if you have an army in the city it will not lose troops if the city revolt.

Armies in the city will also help against revolts. You will need 5+ troops (any level) /100 peasants to hinder a revolt.

You can attack at 1% if you want. In fact, I attacked you at 1% three times this Mant era.
My point is that 81% is indeed a good chance, but there's still a very realistic chance you'll lose, and if you get a high dice roll on top of that, you'll have heavy losses.

the % that you hit take over should reflect your situation. waiting until youre 100% to minimilise losses is pointless if a large army is about to enter the city.
