NOTE: We are not the "Russian Empire" of last era.  We are not a monarchy like our predecessors because the power wielded by thier Tsar was too much, and eventually, he lost our kd to the Zeonic hordes. Our system of govt. is different, and now that leaders are allowed to leave thier positions, elections can be effectively held w/out having to disband the kd.

Elections will be held when kd pop. goes up to 10 players or more. All kd members are allowed to run, but make sure you can support your platform! 

 We do not support mega-alliances.

We do not support foul warfare or nap breaking

1. What kds have you been in before

2. How many eras exp. do you have 

3. What do you expect out of the RDR

PN:***After answering these questions, your application will be reviewed by the Committee of Naturalisation and Immigration.  Our vices and leader who make up the CNI are on for 6+ hours each every day, so your application will be reviewd and you will recieve your citizenship before the day is out.

Also take note!

You will recieve proper military assistance and training in the RDR.  All RDR citizens are equally entitled, no matter where they are on the map, to military assistance and economic assistance in event of attack or economic troubles. In event of either, IMMEDIATELY send a personal letter to the President of the RDR and the Marshal of the Military.

Any infringements of another kd members rights are punishable in the RDR.  The Internal Security and Members Protection Committee (ISMPC) is the body which oversees all jurisdictions regarding domestic rights of kd members.  Violations of rights, commiting treason, or any other law breaking of any kind will result in expulsion from the kd.  Those who are expelled will have a 10 tick span of time to surrender all of thier cities and assets to the ISMPC.

LASTLY, there are VICEROY positions open for many different committee heads and ministers.  The State Dept. cannot disclose the positions in the main forum, but feel free to inquire about them through the State Dept. of Higher Posts Mailing Service (SDHPMS) once you have acquired your citizenship.  You have equal right to run against or campaign for any position and are protected under national law in these rights.

lol Stalin is a teabag.  He really screwed up something that could have potentially been great. Lenin had actually warned other party members about him while on his death bead. 

Either way, ppl in Zeta should join my kd because we are revolutionaries.

WELL: Stalin was power hungry, and was in it for himself, whereas lenin, who though not power hungry as stalin, truly desired to help the people.  Stalin deferred the USSR from true communist idealism into a nationalistic brand of communism commonly referred to as "National Socialism." He instated the USSR national hymn in place of the internationale. In basics, Stalin's policies made the USSR a nation  rather than a massive collective body.  He preached to go forward in the name of "for mother russia" rather than Lenins words of "for the workers of the world."  Thus stalin created a pseudo-nazi state, only rather than the "Jews" being the national enemy, it was enemies of stalin who were the national enemy.
