Also please note that counting the most fearsome top10 only Domi has killed 226k troops on 6 people while the Axis has killed 45k troops on 4 people. The explanation for this is simple: Those Axis people doesnt belong on the HoH. They are only there becouse they got handed alot of free cities. And when I say free I don't mean "cheap". I mean free.

And 7 out of the 10 cities Rev got also belong to a rating between "free" and "cheap". So there isn't many left on the HOH list that counts using your formula......
