No, we are not at war. all though Dark takes a city here and there and tries to make us attack them.

at Rebirth we are now betting on when Dark will break the era long NAP that "cant" be broken:P

mine is that they will attack 3 days before the era is done^^

We have no Nap, Overcome was very clear on this when we asked for comp when he killed 3k nazz and the harboured 2 people who dropped tags and attacked us within 4 hours of doing so.

FACT- REBIRTH was the first to break the nap by killing a Dark army that was trying to access a blocker

FACT- Overcomes excuse was that our nap had no terms therefore we had no nap.

FACT-Rebirth let 2 members drop tags and attack Dark within 4 hours , they then harboured those 2 by napping them and hiding them behind blockers, then further assisted them by taking cities from them that they stole from dark.

FACT- Dark is not breaking anything as we consider the so called disolved once Overcome decided to post that we have no nap.

He can whine and cry all he likes but the fact is that if we have no nap then I am not reigning in my members any longer.

Let me be clear we  consider ourselves as at a state of war, last night one of your armies began prepping on Katastroof so I killed it, we have no Nap according to Overcome so since there are no terms they required no warning and were killed, I said that any aggressive moves towards a Dark city would be considered an act of war so we are now at war.

ANY REBIRTH MEMBER CAN DROP TAGS NOW AND NOT BE KILLED, I KNOW THAT SOME OF YOU HAVE MESSAGED ME APOLOGISING FOR THE CONDUCT OF YOUR LEADER AND 2 TRAITORS, I APOLOGISE THAT IF YOU ARE STILL WEARING REBIRTH TAGS THAT WE WILL BE FORCED TO KILL YOU. HOWEVER IF YOU DROP TAGS NOW WE WILL LEAVE YOUR CITIES ALONE.

as far as i know those that attacked you had already left rebirth and was therefor not bound by the nap. so why do you demand comp for citys taken by ppl outside Rebirth?

Well you do have a era long nap from what i understand but the nap has no termes.. so now you are breaking a era long nap now.

As i understand it you have already taken several citys from Rebirth because some ex members of Rebirth took it from you and Rebirth took it from them. Rebirth didnt allow you to take the citys, but you did anyway so that is an act of war and breaking the era long nap.. and still you claim that that its all Rebirths fault.

I think you need to start looking at things before throwing out claims.

Gokken you obviously havent read this entire thread and are talking out of your ass.

1- Overcome killed my 3 k nazz army whil we were supposedly napped, when confronted about the fact that he gave me no warning he stated " our nap has no terms on it so you will receive no compensation" later he admitted that they did several things against the nap because " we were mad at dark"

now go back and read the thread before yapping.

Did you even read what Overcome sayd when he posted the nap termes? he sayd those where the nap thermes that where discussed but he and your leader at the time desided not to have any termes.

You STILL don't know what a fact is.  Saying you have something but won't reveal it is NOT a fact.  It is more like trying to blackmail me into going away so you can continue pretending to be honorable HERE.  You ended an era long NAP and are talking like it is ALL Rebirth's fault.  You must be so stupid.  You are denser than lead.

Im ok with having a nap with no terms, I trusted rebirth despite them screwing me early on, now however the worm has turned, so we have what we have, a nap with no terms which means that I can pretty much do as i like.

enough talking I let Nola try to sort this diplomatically but all that happened was she was harrassed by everyone trying to take advantage of her good nature, I am not a politician so I will deal with this in my own way.

If people are honourable and forthright in their dealings with us then i will be so with them, if they act in a dishonourable fashion then we will war them.

we have several naps with others and if broken we will deal with that in the proper manner.

I told you to post the entire thing so it looks like you don't take it out of context.  Shoot for the moon.  I want to see if I really did "confess" everything to you from the deep recesses of my heart or if I was talking and my words were taken out of context.  If all you are going to do is show like several sentences of me saying something way out of context it will show what your "facts" really have been all along.

Prised, I suggest you stop talking out of your ass, A no term NAP doesn't mean that you can pull off whatever you like, it means the other kingdom trusted you enough to give you a no-termed NAP.
 

LGC and RET had a no-termed NAP twice, both times we respected all terms a normal NAP had.

Breaking a no-termed NAP is exactly the same as breaking a termed-NAP.

i wont coment any further as i would use 2 A4 pages to point out all the lies and all the twisting of facts Prised has posted above. i just dont have time for that now. Newcastle is playing *beep*nal, and i aint going to miss that cause of a jackass like him.

So Lewatha speaking of talking out of your ass, are you aware that we didnt break the nap first and that we have tried to resolve this peacefully for over a week? funny that Overcome brings the nap up now when a few days ago he was mouthing off about how he never broke the nap because the nap had no terms. Just because he is your buddy doesnt change the FACTs and the FACT is that not only did they kill one of our armies and refuse to compensate they then harboured 2 *beep*s who attacked Dark and assisted them BECAUSE THEY WERE MAD AT US LOL. Now if you wanted to broker peace and mediate something then fine come to me with a proposal otherwise stick to running your own kingdom, threatening us when WE ARE THE ONES WHO WERE ATTACKED  just shows your bias.

You cant have it both ways, there is either a Nap and by breaking it you compensate the other party, or there is no nap and therefore you dont have to.
their position was there were no terms so anything they did was OK. Everyone seems to forget that if there is a treaty and one side breaks it without compensating for it then the treaty is no longer there. PERIOD.

all ill say prised is Rebirth would have been very unhonourable to open the gates so you can attack a napped kd. its usually part of peoples nap terms

1- going to join mayhem and help them take the blocker (later proven to be paranoid bull*beep*)
2-was going to use a scout that was hidden in our cities (makes no sense but OK)
3-because I was so scary with my 3k nazz

Then he changed his story to its ok because we have a nap with no terms.

It seems to me that the basic facts are clear

1- rebirth killed an army and refused comp
2- rebirth allowed (we think encouraged) two guys to detag and take dark cities which were then turned over to rebirth (unrazed at the time btw) allowing rebirth to circumvent the so called nap that they already didnt respect. then they took a blocker with the sole purpose of protecting the same two players from retribution by dark. the entire time saying they were doing so because they were "angry at dark" because they were favouring Mayhem.

whats funny is that until recently I had never even had contact with mayhem let alone about detagging and retagging.

Jules lets be honest about the location of the blockers that both Mayhem and rebirth were *beep*ing about, they are close to the Mayhem Core and far away from the rebirth Core. and several times we were told in our chat that rebirth WANTED them kept open.

As for Vapour claims that we were given 12 hours notice is abject bull*beep*, we were told about them retagging about 4 hours after they did and about 3 hours after that they were prepping on our cities with Armies that they had built WHILE BEING PROTECTED BY US in their core. we had no armies nearby because we foolishly trusted rebirth.

I gave a pretty clear indication three days ago that as rebirth was not respecting the BASIC PREMISE  of a nap that Dark would no longer consider ourselves napped. so in PLAIN FRIGGIN ENGLISH  I gave them 3 days warning that due to their actions we were no longer napped.

I have said we would be open to actual peace talks but this is a war game and frankly I doubt any of you would have been as patient as we have been given whats been happenieng.

I wont disagree that we have some inept blockers, frankly when you committ to training neueubies thats what happens sometimes however when we have had issues with people being dishonourable we boot them.

Basically they built 3 inept blockers in the same spot...built then destroyed and so on.  Meanwhile we had to fight against incoming Mayhem troops which they did get through and took cities in our secondary portion of our core.
After the 3rd time, Vapor sent a scout to the blocker location...appropriately named "pissoffthisisours" and we finally had a good blocker in place  :P
